Very high quality bike, a bit difficult to set up

After you finally assemble and set up the bike it is fantastic. Very high quality, quiet, and stable. I would say that for a bike that has a bluetooth connection already, the setup process is very clunky and should be handled via the app instead of a strange combination of pedal strokes and gear manipulations. All in all I am very happy with this bike, and use it daily.

You actually only need to go through that process if you want to change the distance tracking from miles to kilometers or if you want to change the bike ID number, but I will pass your comments to our software team. Not sure if the computer has the capability, but it's not a bad idea!

I am not sure whether this is my own faulty assembly or the fact that I’ve had to move the bike around the basement due to numerous basement floods this very, very rainy year, but there is quite a bit of “ka-lunking” when I pedal with low resistance or when I try to stand and pedal on the bike. Handles wobble oh so slightly but that is likely because my arthritic hands can’t tighten them further. But those things aside, I really like the bike. Smooth and quiet (except as noted above), easy to adjust, all around great.

The bike went together without hassle, and every component is very high quality, perhaps even highest quality. It rides smoothly and fits me perfectly (5’3” woman). I was wondering if it would move around at all, seeing that it’s quite a bit lighter than some bikes. But I should not have been concerned. It’s solid as a rock.

This is the one.

Finally got rid of my old bike, a cycleops, that was too big for me and a bit glitchy. Everyone in the family is so pleased with the comfort, adjustability, smoothness and display readings of the M3i. So happy that you had a supplier in HK. Didn’t get the mat that I understand is included in the purchase and had to go to Kowloon to pay for the bike, but they delivered within three days, took the old bike away and lugged up the Kleiser 4 flights of stairs for a fee.

Best Investment This Year
