Yazzo!

VERIFIED PURCHASE
I first used the M3I in spinning classes; when I moved to a small town (too small to have a gym/fitness center, even within 50 miles), I bought one for my home workouts. It's the best indoor trainer I've ever used (and I've tried most of them), and well worth the cost.

Awesome bike

VERIFIED PURCHASE
I was going back and forth between buying this bike or a Peloton. I was able to try both at hotels and really liked the feel of the Keiser. It was a much smoother ride. I love the versatility of being able to use different apps. I was able to set it up myself within 30 minutes. Great directions and customer service. Would recommend this bike to everyone!

Great bike

VERIFIED PURCHASE
Essentially silent, smooth pedaling; comfortable, easy to adjust; solid, continuously adjustable resistance; simple but comprehensive computer, excellent connectivity if you want it. Could not be more satisfied.

The bike is terrific so far. The setup was painless, and it has been terrific to have the bike in my apartment. Quiet, works well. Feeling very grateful!

Bike is brilliant but...the app is rubbish.

VERIFIED PURCHASE
BIKE: The build quality is rock solid and the quiet flywheel is a pleasure - it feels like I'm riding on the road. The rough aluminum casting on the handle bar and seat post brackets are a bit off for an expensive product like this. I would have expected something with a machined finish.
APP: For a bike at this price point the app feels like a sloppy after-thought. There is no Apple Health integration - I wish I was aware of this before I purchased. The Keiser M-series App is rubbish (see the reviews from both the iOS and Android users) It will stop tracking when trying to multi task with other apps or AirPods on the same device. The app only displays in portrait mode on the iPad. Data is different post ride. My whole cardio rehab program is tracked in Apple Health so I'm...

The app only displays in portrait mode on the iPad. Data is different post ride. My whole cardio rehab program is tracked in Apple Health so I'm busy figuring out a workaround. It looks like I will have to spend few hundred $$ more on some cadence sensors and record workouts with another app to get the data to sync with my Apple Health account. The glowing 5 star reviews in the Keiser site is not a transparent picture of the total product. The bike is definitely worth 5 stars the app and software maybe 2 stars. I will refer friends to your product but I will make them aware of the software/app issues.

Keiser responded:

Hi DesmoSpresso,

Fair points, and thank you for your sharp commentary regarding our M Series app. The M Series app does need to be run in the foreground and you are correct that we are not compatible with Apple Health though you can link your M Series app to both Strava and Google Fit.

I would argue that the glowing five star reviews are a transparent picture of the total product, as these reviews do include frequent mention of the apps used and many find the connectivity to be great! We should always be looking to improve though, and reviews like this help us to let customers know what to expect all things considered.

Best,

My experience with the Keiser MI3

VERIFIED PURCHASE
I received my Keiser MI3 nearly a year ago and have been extremely pleased with it. Although this was an expensive investment for me (this was prior to the financing which is now available), my only regret is not getting it sooner. I am a senior (65 yrs)longtime cyclist and have tried various indoor trainers (rollers and rear wheel friction both pre-Zwift/internet) without long-term success (loss of interest and discomfort during indoor training). I do not have any experience with some of the new internet interactive trainers so I cannot speak to it. Prior to receiving the Keiser MI3 the shipper contacted me with expected receiving date which they met. The item was meticulously packed, guaranteeing that product would be delivered in the same condition as it left the factory. The item was meticulously packed, guaranteeing that product would be delivered in the same condition as it left the factory. Setting up the bike was made easier by viewing some of the on–line videos in addition to the printed instructions the bike came with. In addition, the bike came with the all the tools (common tools) need for assembly which took about 30 to 45 minutes. The Keiser MI3 comes with a simple cycling monitor that gives time/power/speed/gear/calories/heart rate but there are 2 additional apps that allow for a more detailed monitoring of your workout. The bike has worked flawlessly since the first day without any degeneration with time. Having my own Keiser (my gym has the Keiser MI3) which is so easily accessible has allowing me to be consistent and having it as the cornerstone of my workouts. I have heard Keiser bikes described as the Cadillac of spin-bike and my experience confirms this. I would just caution any potential spin-bike user not to ignore the importance of bike fit.

Love this!!!

VERIFIED PURCHASE
I've had my Keiser M3i for almost two years and 4,000+ miles. It was that or a "Peloton". I chose the Keiser because it was built like a dump truck and I could imagine riding it for the next 20 years. I can still use the Peloton digital app and do their workouts. What a great bike this is!
