I found the process of ordering from Keiser super simple and very professional. The bikes arrived when they said they would in perfect condition. We now have 4 Keiser M3i's and hope to purchase a few more to begin doing classes. They are great bikes.

What a great product - simple to setup, simple to use, huge range in available resistance, works with the biking shoes I already had, and most importantly (for me), it takes out much of the frictional transaction cost to exercise. Plus, my cat loves lying next to it on the included mat.

If you're not feeling that seat you can swap it for something more comfortable! Options are a replacement (for which I recommend you hear to your local bike shop) or a seat cover (for which our saddles are classified as "narrow" when seeking a cover).

WOW! This Is Truly The Ultimate Exercise Bike!

I received my M3i this afternoon and the assembly was so easy that anyone could put it together as long as they follow the instructions. As soon as I tried it out I couldn’t believe how smooth it was, and how easily you could control the resistance. This is truly a seriously designed and engineered bike. If you think it is priced too high just remember “cry once and buy once” this baby is built to last. I have no buyers remorse for purchasing the M3i and highly recommend this to anyone. Simply the Best! This replaces a Bowflex Max Trainer 7 that was purchased last year and has less than 30 minutes on it due to aggravating my knees.

Wow! Great sale to add all the goodies to the deal. I have been working out on Keiser M3 cycle at La Fitness for about 2 yrs and i guess that is what i thought i was getting. I was actually a little disappointed while putting it together...but the changes you made are spot on. The handlebars the ride...its awesome. I have been doing Studio Sweat for classes for a while now but now that the app connects its nice to see stats and training options. My wife came in this morning and did not know i was on the bike...its that quiet. Really excited about my new m3i - Thanks for the challenge sale.

Love my new spinning bike. I don’t have to wait for my gym to open. Have had problems with selecting trainers that meet my expectations since some are not fully compatible with Keiser; but after a few tries found one that met most of my preferences. Would like to see Keiser trainer partner with a fully integrated Keiser solution. All in all well worth the investment.

It's true we don't have a Keiser-specific indoor cycling program as of yet, though there are many generic indoor cycling classes that you can use with any indoor bike! Most classes are designed to be used by as many bikes as possible so that each creator has a wider audience, but a Keiser specific class would be awesome...
