We had a much older model that was beginning to show signs of age (model 5421 from like around 2001 or thereabout) and decided to purchase a new spin bike to use with Peloton. The M3i is way smoother than the old belt model and has more tech but we have kept and use both. Now we have a two-person spin class in the basement :) I hope and expect the new one to last as long as the old one!

There were a couple of key bolts and screws missing which I was disappointed about. But when I called the corporate office in Fresno and I was able to speak to someone and Keiser sent out the pieces next day air. Since it was close to the New Year I thought that I would need to wait a few days. But I was surprised when FedEx rang the bell on New Years Eve. I was able to finish putting the bike together. Also having the tools from Keiser really helped the build especially the tension wrench.
What's nice is that my fiancee and I can both use the M3i because the fit is very flexible. Rock solid build, easy to move if needed and very stable quiet and consistent performance.
