Second, I wanted to follow up with you on the other items. Did you receive any resolution with your seat? I couldn't find your service ticket, my apologies.
We never ship defective product if we can help it, and the converter did have some issues in early iterations that we addressed with the updater app. When the app fails we try other avenues, including a replacement converter if deemed necessary.
Either way, please check in with me if you can, I do want to make sure we take care of you.

In case you weren't aware, you can replace the seat on your M3i with anything that fits on a "standard" road bike. If you'd like a seat cover, our saddle is in the "narrow" saddle category.
