My second Keiser bike; upgrading from an M3 with almost 100,000km over 10 years. Solid, dependable piece of gear that I am sure will last many years. Fast shipping and easy to assemble - wonderful videos on line. Hooked up easily to Zwift the first attempt, and started tracking my progress right away. A few concerns: The seat is very noisy, even after liberal applications of lubricant. Keiser support has asked me send a video, but as of today haven't been able to get anyone to help me out with this. Also, my convertor stopped working after my first ride, causing me to lose my free week with Zwift as Keiser - quickly - sent me another. My concern here is I was sent a convertor with a brand new bike purchase that Keiser knew was not going to function. There is an update app, but this still...

This Bike is beautiful! I absolutely love it. I have been using it for almost 2 weeks and I am excited as ever everytime I look at it. My treadmill is a little jealous but I'm sure in time they will be friends once they realize that I love both of them in their own way. I feel like I'm a proud parent as I have nothing but great things to say about my new bike (yes treadmill I love you too). I'm sure we all will have many fun hours together.

After months of reviews reading and exploring all of the many options out there for an exercise bike, my wife and I decided on the M3i. Assembly was a breeze, far easier than I was expecting. The included tool kit was a must, I have a fair collection of tools but would not have had the necessary ones to complete installation. The first day i went for a quick 8.5 mile ride, it felt and timed out just like a ride on my road bike. The next day I rode for 20 miles. I am 100% satisfied and have already recommended to several co-workers. in only three weeks I have ridden 95 miles and look forward to the next ride. Awesome machine so far.

Great! But missing a piece.

I love the bike. However, upon set up, the bike was missing one of the rubber feet on the bottom of the base. I had to put some padding under the base to make it balanced. I've attached picture.

The Keiser was the more attractive choice because it was $250 less expensive than the Peloton. I bought my bike, and at the time of this writing, it came with free shipping and tons of extras, including a mat, gel seat, M converter, stretch pads, media tray, tool/ maintenance kit, and a towel. Peloton charges more money for extras. I also appreciated that I am able to use my SPD shoes that I use on my outside bike. The Keiser bike does not need to be plugged in, which allows it to be placed anywhere. I had used a Keiser bike for spin classes in the past, so I knew how it rode and felt. The Keiser bike has its own independent display monitor, and doesn’t need an app to display workout data. Overall, it was an easy choice, and I have enjoyed riding since I received it. My only issue is that I’ve been having issues with the M converter. After a week, I had to replace the battery because it wasn’t connecting, and then recently it kept shutting off during a ride. I’ve requested online assistance and have yet to hear back.
