SHELTER IN PLACE LIFE SAVER!

The drive train is as smooth as butter and doesn't wake anyone up when I'm riding early in the morning. I purchased this bike for my ACL rehab. It's been awesome and EXTRA awesome with having to "shelter in place" during this CV-19 pandemic. I'm an avid outdoor cyclist and have been taking spin classes for years. hands down this is the best indoor spin bike I've ridden!

Excellent Indoor Bike

I've had my M3i for a few months and I'm completely satisfied with it. It was shipped promptly and arrived on time, and intact. The materials and craftsmanship are excellent and worth the cost. At the time of my order, the assembly and maintenance kit was included. Assembly was straightforward and can be performed by anyone with basic mechanical skills with common hand tools. The bike is light enough for easy maneuvering into whatever space you have. For the last 9wks I've been riding 5 days a week for 30-40 minutes each session. The M3i is very smooth and feels like pedaling my mountain bikes. The magnetic resistance is very smooth and offers a lot of range. As well, the bike is whisper quiet. Overall I am very pleased with the M3i and completely satisfied with my purchase.

Bike is great, assembly process not so much

I ordered my bike in January along with accessories including assembly kit and requested shipment after February 9th. Bike arrived February 14th. Not damaged and well packaged. Did not receive any accessories or assembly kit so it sat unassembled. Contacted Keiser Monday morning and they overnighted missing items. Start to put it together and I have instructions for a different model bike so I had to pull up instructions on my phone. Once I had the correct instructions assembly went well. Love the bike and customer service was good but processing of shipments for correctness needs to improve.

Don’t buy this bike until tech is fixed!

If you care about tracking your progress and ride data, do not buy this bike. Both the app and bike computer are broken, and if I had it to do all over again, I would’ve purchased a different bike. First, the bike computer shuts down your ride if you need to hop off the bike for more than 30 seconds to pee or blow you nose or whatever. So you lose all your data and start over. Second, once you have the app, the cross talk between the bike computer and app is almost nonsensical. It’s rare that the calorie count ever matches. And again, if you hop off the bike, the bike computer restarts and can reset app data as well even though the app indicates your ride is paused! A week ago, I lost 700 calorie ride and got credit for 1 calorie. All of this seems like...

I'd be very interested to speak to you more about this, some of the issues you encountered below were design choices we made with the bike computer though others are out of the ordinary and I want to ensure we get to the bottom of this.

This morning I tested the M Series app with a cycle in our showroom and received the graph below. Even when the computer shuts down after one minute of inactivity, the app should continue to track your data and give you the option to begin pedaling to pick up where you left off.

Extremely satisfied with our M3i. My wife and I are using the bike along with two Peloton app subscriptions and two Amazon Fire TV sticks. Using two separate Fire TV sticks eliminates the need to login/logout as the credentials are cached. We've both been using it for one month, 5 days a week, no issues. Smooth, stable, quiet, and includes everything you need except the dumbbell holder. We ordered that separately.

Love the Bike but the app needs some serious work!

I love the bike and the overall smoothness of the ride but have just a couple concerns. I would like to do more workouts through the M3 app but constantly have trouble connecting or when I do start a workout the app freezes. I've done everything from changing the batteries to re-downloading the app and still have issues. I'm a little disappointed because I was expecting more out of the app but overall it is a quality bike and there is no other one like it on the market.
