Meets all requirements

VERIFIED PURCHASE
Met all requirements of professional quality, built to endure time and challenging workouts, small footprint, tough workouts. There are slight differences in assembly video versus booklet which may cause some momentary confusion. Knowledge of torque wrenches is essential. Super commercial and personal workout bike that will last decades.

Very satisified

VERIFIED PURCHASE
I'm very happy with my purchase. The bike was easy to assemble thanks to the clear instructions. I've only had it for a couple of weeks so far but I am loving it. It's such a pleasure to ride. I look forward to using it for many years to come.

5 years in, how did I ever live without my M3i

VERIFIED PURCHASE
Just passed 5 years of having my Kaiser M3i. The bike still seems like its brand new even though its used for multiple spin classes per week. Still silent and smooth. Still the best feel. Less maintenance than I expected after doing the initial setup / torquing and protecting with car spray wax. I tell everyone to get this particular spin bike and once they try it, would never use the other junk out there. So glad I had a local shop that had one to try and recommended it to me 5 years ago.

Very Good Design and Performance Built with High Quality Components

VERIFIED PURCHASE
Gym level cycling performance and reliability in my den. Attention to detail was obvious from the beginning from reviewing the key components prior to assembly and clear instructions. A minor problem with the computer was quickly resolved with a single call to tech support.

New Keiser M3i bike!

VERIFIED PURCHASE
Bike came quickly after ordering. Well packed to avoid damage. Easy instructions to assemble. Quick response from Mike who is a sales representative and liason- with any question you may have. Big plus, after having a different bike with poor customer service- the easy accessibility and quick response is well appreciated. The m3i Bike is sturdy yet light enough to move. So well made! Love it already!

Such a good bike

VERIFIED PURCHASE
Easy to set up, quiet, good resistance - everything I’d hoped it would be. The customer service is great. There was something going on with the screen and they quickly got back to me and told me what the issue was.

Brand new Keiser M3I

VERIFIED PURCHASE
I’ve recently bought a spanking new Keiser M3I. I’m in Canada, so I paid $3300 taxes included. I rode it yesterday for the first time. As I was riding the bike, I noticed that some paint was missing on the edge of the seat post tube. I put it together very meticulously, so I didn’t cause this damage. I contacted the fitness store I bought it from, but I also got in touch with Keiser. I was offered some touch-up paint. Let me re-iterate, that the bike is brand new and I paid full price for it. At the price point, the bike should’ve been mint from the company. I keep reading about great customer reviews at Keiser, but this isn’t my experience. Touch-up paint is just regular paint, not OEM magnetic paint. Plus, since steel is showing, if any sweat ran over that area, it’d rust right away....

At the price point, the bike should’ve been mint from the company. I keep reading about great customer reviews at Keiser, but this isn’t my experience. Touch-up paint is just regular paint, not OEM magnetic paint. Plus, since steel is showing, if any sweat ran over that area, it’d rust right away. I got a little mad and the clerk I got in touch with then started to completely ignore me. The store I bought it from, will be exchanging the bike, which is great, but the kind of CS I got at Keiser was a total turn-off and left me totally bitter. So, I decided to write a review to share my bad experience with CS, whereas most people seem to be very please with Keiser’s CS. I’m writing this review in order to find out whether someone else at Keiser could take over and help me change my opinion about Keiser’s CS. I can’t believe I was treated so poorly. I mean, from my perspective the company treated me with little to no respect.
