Great product!

Love my Keiser M3i

I bought my Keiser M3i in Jan 2021. It was an upgrade for me from my previous Sunny Health and Fitness Indoor Cycling Bike (Spin Bike). I absolutely LOVE my bike. It motivates me to see how fast, far, and hard I'm riding. I've definitely gotten healthier in my riding. I use the app to track my metrics and it use to be ok but the recent upgrade in Oct 2022 is so much better. I love knowing what zone I'm in and staying on track. I've yet to have any issues with my bike and expect that will continue for a long time.

Forget Peloton!

Guy's this thing is a TANK. My wife and I chose this bike because we'd used them for years in our old gym (they closed). I'd tried the Peloton and other popular bikes that friends and family have and we just kept coming back to this bike. We bought one and we are NOT sorry. Nothing is smoother, simpler, more sleek and attractive and WOW - no monthly fee! We toss our surface pro on the rack, use whatever free vid's or subscription we please and get sweating. It arrived with a generic floor mat - I wanted the Keiser mat it showed in the pic at the time and also I scared the flywheel putting it together - thought there should have been a little "don't do this" warning in the instructions... Their customer service didn't bat an eye - just sent...

As far as I know this is the best built, longest lasting, smoothest and "never breaks" bike on the market. I think it gets overlooked a lot because it's more of a gym bike than flashy consumer bike so it's not in all the top "consumer bike" reviews and ads... Shame! You can spend a lot more for a lot less easily. In case you are still wondering - I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this machine! You won't wear it out and your kids and grandkids won't wear it out...

The Keiser is definitely worth the money. It is a top quality bike. I have had it over a year and never had a problem. I ride 2-3 times a week and use an app for [indoor cycling] classes. Easy conversions are online to follow along. I didn’t want a bike tied to a computer or a particular company. Keiser has the freedom to use clips and shoes I already owned. Love this equipment. Smooth ride!

Handlebars

Quick and smooth. My only complaint is about the handlebars. The higher they go, the further away they are, which makes the reach longer. Ideally, they should be around seat height, but that doesn't work for everyone and special situations.

You might have already tried this, but the M3i handlebars can adjust forward and backward. We angled the frame so that it hits an extremely precise angle so that the bike handlebars exactly mimic the different road bike frame sizes, and the extra adjustment might help in your case.

Perfect Indoor Bike!

This is a high quality inddor bike! I have had it for nearly two years without any problems. The hand grips are durable, not like the cheap foam that tears on some bikes. My husband uses it also and the setups are easy to change and adjust. When we were looking for a bike, I did a lot of research. I was nervous about the expense, but this bike is perfect. We are very happy with our selection!
