Support sucks

This is a great bike. However, if they ship you one with problems, you are own your own. Trying to ship the bike back for a refund after it has been already assembled is almost impossible. When you contact their support department, you will be asked to email them a video of the problem. Then, they will either deny that there is a problem or will blame it on something completely unrelated. It's like they absolutely do not want to send out a technician, despite you paying over 2000 dollars for this bike. After having my bike for 3 months, I started to notice a clicking inside the bike. The support rep kept blaming my pedals. I took the bike apart, and lo and behold, there was a piece of loose rubber inside that was stuck to the bearing, which was causing the clicking sensation. Then, they will either deny that there is a problem or will blame it on something completely unrelated. It's like they absolutely do not want to send out a technician, despite you paying over 2000 dollars for this bike. After having my bike for 3 months, I started to notice a clicking inside the bike. The support rep kept blaming my pedals. I took the bike apart, and lo and behold, there was a piece of loose rubber inside that was stuck to the bearing, which was causing the clicking sensation. I removed the piece of rubber, and bike was good again. This is an excellent bike, but you're taking a huge risk if it comes defective or breaks down in the future, as support for it is dismal. You're better off getting a bike through a company that provides better support, especially if you are going to drop 2 grands on a spin bike.

I'm very sorry to hear you had so much difficulty in getting the cycle in perfect working order. When attempting to diagnose a problem we try the easy solutions first, where they are possible, before sending out a technician. This rules out anything easy while allowing us to prepare our technician with a potential diagnosis. A click on every rotation is typical of a pedal issue; we check straps first, then end caps and SPD clips. From there, we have a more narrow focus on what could become the problem. There isn't much that can go wrong with a Keiser cycle, these troubleshooting sessions more often then not end with a very simple solution.

Great Bike

Love this bike. Relatively easy to assemble; needs two people. Quiet smooth ride. Would recommend this product; however, customer service was lacking. My tool kit did not get sent with the bike. Tried several times calling. I was never told they were going to resend one so I went and bought all the tools. A week later the tools arrive after I went and spent the money on them.
