So far the product has been good. One of the wheels was bent upon assembly but overall very satisfied. I wish I could say the same about the getting the bike. I spent 3 days at home from work waiting on the delivery since it required a signature. Fed Ex claimed they tried 3 attempts however they never did at my house so they must have been going to the wrong place. No door tags and multiple phone calls later they finally showed up 4 days later.

I love my new Keiser bike! I’m a 40yo female. I’ve been using Keiser bikes in gyms for 3-4 years and have always loved the smooth ride. Now that I’m on maternity leave with an infant to care for, I needed an easy at home solution.
I researched all the options. For me, it came down to Keiser vs. Peloton. In the end, I preferred the flexibility of the Keiser. Most of the time, I use the Peleton Digital app, but sometimes I just watch TV or listen to music. If I need to stop to take care of my children, it’s no big deal. I also find that more tech means more issues. I don’t need to plug it in or worry about the tech becoming outdated.
It’s awesome that the holiday promo included free shipping, mat, heart rate monitor, media tray, and Bluetooth connector! Peloton annoyed...

Assembly was a little challenging. It took my handy husband (he rebuilt our washing machine on his own) about 2 hours. Alignment was a bit tricky.
The only con is that I’m not a huge fan of the Keiser app as it doesn’t always record my ride stats correctly. It could be so much more than it is. It doesn’t need to rival Peleton, but it would be nice to have some additional tracking and performance metrics.

I have spun at lots of health clubs with bikes that have tension dials that never work well. After using the M3i at the new barre/spin studio, I was instantly impressed and purchased one shortly there after. It is super smooth, quiet, easy to adjust, and the computer displays all the pertinent information that makes your effort quantifiable. If you download the Keiser app, you can also keep track of all your rides and see how you are progressing.

The bike does appear to be of high quality both in design and material. There were a couple of flywheel scratches and a nick the main pulley when the bike was received. After a phone call, we sent in formal documentation and not only did they replace the damaged parts, but they sent out a technician to install them. Yes, they should have done this for a valid damage report, but it really was a no hassle follow-through with customer satisfaction. On top of that, my wife and I are very pleased with the bike itself. I would have no problem recommending it to family and friends.

I bought this bike when my son was born and I’m sure I wouldn’t be able to exercise without it. It is nice looking and we keep it in our bedroom. I use it while my son is napping and it doesn’t wake him up at all - it’s very quiet and a solid piece of machinery. It will last for many years for sure.
My only complaints are that when you pause the computer turns off really fast instead of pausing so you lose your workout if you are off the bike for more than a minute or two (which I am due to aforementioned baby). The app sucks but I use a different app for working out. It would be nice to have workout history since the on-bike computer doesn’t have that, but do not expect to get that from the Keiser app. It looks like...
