We're looking into multiple options to offer a delivery appointment for Fedex deliveries, I'm sorry you had so much difficulty.
There are always options to take control of your delivery, you can:
- Initiate a "vacation hold," pausing shipments for up to five business days as required
- Arrange for the package(s) to be held at a Fedex facility for pickup
- Re-rout to a business or neighbor's house for signature
A Fedex Delivery Manager will give you another few options as well, depending on the area. Again, I do apologize for the frustrating delivery.

Great purchase
I researched all the options. For me, it came down to Keiser vs. Peloton. In the end, I preferred the flexibility of the Keiser. Most of the time, I use the Peleton Digital app, but sometimes I just watch TV or listen to music. If I need to stop to take care of my children, it’s no big deal. I also find that more tech means more issues. I don’t need to plug it in or worry about the tech becoming outdated.
It’s awesome that the holiday promo included free shipping, mat, heart rate monitor, media tray, and Bluetooth connector! Peloton annoyed...

Assembly was a little challenging. It took my handy husband (he rebuilt our washing machine on his own) about 2 hours. Alignment was a bit tricky.
The only con is that I’m not a huge fan of the Keiser app as it doesn’t always record my ride stats correctly. It could be so much more than it is. It doesn’t need to rival Peleton, but it would be nice to have some additional tracking and performance metrics.

My only complaints are that when you pause the computer turns off really fast instead of pausing so you lose your workout if you are off the bike for more than a minute or two (which I am due to aforementioned baby). The app sucks but I use a different app for working out. It would be nice to have workout history since the on-bike computer doesn’t have that, but do not expect to get that from the Keiser app. It looks like...

I'm glad you're enjoying your cycle however it is disheartening to hear you are having difficulty with the app. The Keiser M Series app does usually offer data tracking, session by session.
