This is an amazing spin bike. Just read a few reviews and you’ll be sold on it. The customer satisfaction is clearly extremely high and the comments about customer service show how much the company cares about its cumstomers. I would note that I purchased the weights holder during my initial Keiser purchase but never received it. I also didn’t get a free t-shirt.

I love the M3I bike we purchased. I did a lot of research trying to find an exercise bike made in the USA and this bike didn't disappoint. It was carefully packaged for shipping, came with tools to assemble, and was easy to assemble. It actually takes longer to unpack it form the boxes in shipping than it takes to assemble if you are handy with tools. The whole family has been using it and we love the APP for our phones and tablets. Make sure to buy a seat cushion because the seat can be a little uncomfortable for some people although it doesn't really bother me. It is easy to use and virtually noise free.

I researched a TON before purchasing. Peloton, Nordik Track, Schwinn, Stages, you name it. If it was in a health club, I rode it, and researched the heck out of it. In the end, I decided on Keiser mostly because I couldn't fine one bad review! The bike is solid. I've ridden it now using app based work outs for a couple of weeks. There's no shaking, it's very quiet, and it feels sturdy. Set up was pretty easy and received the necessary tools was really helpful! I did have to move it briefly after I put it together and was surprised at how easy it was to move. This is perfect for my home set up and I look forward to using it for many years to come!

Excellent!!

When my wife decided she was interested in a stationary bike and phone app, I started researching bikes. A couple of the rivals have more name recommendation, but Keiser came up over and over as the best bike available, described as the Lexus of indoor trainers. She has ridden the trainer five days a week for the last year and loves it. The quality is apparent, the ride is smooth, and the data seems accurate. As a dedicated road and mountain cyclist, I've recently started using it and expect to see some performance returns after winter is over. Additionally, customer service is amazing!! We had a couple cracked plastic pieces that they replaced, no questions asked. If you are looking for an indoor cycling machine, this is the one! Thanks, Keiser!!
