My husband and I ordered the M3i after years of going back and forth between whether we should splurge on this or buy a cheap bike from amazon. The M3i is worth every penny! It arrived within a week, even though I ordered it the week before Christmas. My husband and brother in law were able to put it together in about an hour, and neither one of them is particularly handy. It’s quiet and rides smooth and we love it! We are so glad we ordered it instead of something cheaper. It was worth getting the M3i over the M3 considering all of the additional freebies that came with it.

you've got to be kidding! I put my order in on 12/16/18(93225), you guys charged my credit card for the full amount on 12/17/18 and here it is January 7,2019 and I haven't received any information on when i'm supposed to take delivery. I called your service number on 1/4/19, got a recording, left a message asking whats happening and as of today no response. I would love to write a review if I could only get my hands on it to try it out. Love it if anyone there can help me

Bought this bike a little over a year ago. I average 4-6 rides a week on it and it still rides perfectly! Took a few rides to get the seating position right and I still adjust it here and there. I ride with the Peloton app and its a great ride every time. This bike with that app on an iPad = perfection for indoor cycling!
