Just Perfect, as advertised

I spent a fair amount of time researching indoor cycling equipment. As I compared models, it became clear that this bike is very well thought through in terms of features, adjustments, and sound engineering of the unit parts. Items such as rear flywheel placement, stability and features played a big part of my decision. I am 6'-4" and needed a wide range of adjustments for my 5'-10" wife. I was not interested in a spinning bike with connections to spin classes for a monthly fee, although you can now do this with the Keiser Converter. I look forward to riding through the cold winters here in Pennsylvania.

Great indoor cycle

The M3i works as advertised. Very quiet and smooth to ride and good adjustment options for different riders. The assembly instructions and video are a great help in putting it together....though it is not quite as easy as the video person makes it seem. Computer is good but does not give maximum information. It would also be nice to get more specific instructions/information on using the M series Bluetooth device. I had a hard time find that there was a Keiser app for it, and I still do not know what it will provide because I have yet to open it with the bike in action. Some explanation of its features would be helpful.

Upon arrival, I unpacked the bike (BTW the packing is flawless), confirmed all parts, and read through the assembly instructions to familiarize myself with the parts and assembly process. Ready to go, I began the assembly process; no issues/challenges, process was simple and straight forward and was able to complete in around 45 minutes.

4) Use Experience and Enjoyment- I must say, a True Pleasure to ride! Adjustments are simple to assure a proper fit. Functionality is superb and the ride is smooth as a cycling on a newly paved road. Once you are attuned to the bike, the ride is awesome and quiet so you can cycle away without irritating family members.

Overall 5 Stars +++, I am very impressed and hope to have many hours of enjoyment on my KEISER M3I. To the KEISER Team, Job Well Done!

Excellent, but

The bike is great ... easy to assemble but converter shut off 40 minutes in on my Sufferfest fitness test.... what battery does it take? Should I replace it? I took it out and put it back in and it worked but this is the second time I had to do that.

Can you give our service department a call? I'd like to get our team on this to figure out if everything is working okay with the converter. Replacing the battery would be a good test, though before you do that let's rule out some easy variables.
