I base my assessment on four key attributes;
1) Customer Service and Ordering Process- Awesome Customer Service! With one phone call, the KEISER Team answered all my questions and reviewed the process/timeline for ordering and shipping.
2) Quality of the Bike and Accessories- Amazing quality, superb craftsmanship(Built in the USA), innovative design and functionality. The "Bundle" of accessories provided with the bike truly covers all the needs of a cycling enthusiast.
3) Assembly and Support- Awesome that KEISER provides all the tools in a tool kit to assemble the bike, clear printed directions as well as on-line video guide for assemble all made the assembly a simple task. Upon arrival, I unpacked the bike (BTW the...

Upon arrival, I unpacked the bike (BTW the packing is flawless), confirmed all parts, and read through the assembly instructions to familiarize myself with the parts and assembly process. Ready to go, I began the assembly process; no issues/challenges, process was simple and straight forward and was able to complete in around 45 minutes.
4) Use Experience and Enjoyment- I must say, a True Pleasure to ride! Adjustments are simple to assure a proper fit. Functionality is superb and the ride is smooth as a cycling on a newly paved road. Once you are attuned to the bike, the ride is awesome and quiet so you can cycle away without irritating family members.
Overall 5 Stars +++, I am very impressed and hope to have many hours of enjoyment on my KEISER M3I. To the KEISER Team, Job Well Done!
