"Almost" love riding it!

VERIFIED PURCHASE
The bike was easier to assemble than anticipated, and I "almost" love riding it. It's a great ride and very quiet. If you want to use an indoor bike, I highly recommend the M3I. I'm working to get my wife on it; but given her previous experience with mountain bike seats, it is a tough sell.

Keiser responded:

TC,

If the seat isn't comfortable for her we do have other seats available, though any seat that fits on a "standard" road bike would work on our M Series cycles. I recommend heading to a local bike shop, giving a few seats a test run and see what you like!

Almost perfect!

Granted, i’ve only had the chance to put in about five solid rides since it’s arrival and for the most part, I am a total fan. Smooth as silk, the bluetooth converter is seamless with Apple TV Zwift, the shifting is a dream, the thing looks boss in the living room and it is so freaking quiet it’s a little creepy. Here’s my one major critique at this juncture. I’m 44 years old and 6’3”. I have spinal issues and torso position / angle is a big deal when I ride trails or spin. With all the adjustments available to both seat and handle bars, I find it disappointing that as I raise the column vertically to increase bar height, they actually get further away from me despite the horizontal adjustment justified as close to the computer as possible. Consequently, i’m leaning on the bars quite bit more than I...

Consequently, i’m leaning on the bars quite bit more than I would like given the bag of rocks in my thoracic and lumbar. Granted, this critique has more to do with my crappy spine than an engineering deficit, but it would have been really nice to get a couple more inches toward the saddle. What can I say... getting old sucks. One last demerit for the lack of a free wheel hub. One simply does not ‘stop’ peddling mid workout unless one wants to be b**** slapped by the inertia of the flywheel forcing your unsuspecting legs to continue the motion that your brain thought was finished. Gotta get used to engaging the resistance shifter to help slow things down a bit before pause or dismount. That being said, the design of the drive train is rather amazing despite my whining and having come from a lower dollar Schwinn indoor with a chain and freewheel hub, I can’t say that i’ll miss the drivetrain noises. Beyond that, I would definitely recommend this to a friend. I gather that I can take Keiser’s word that this is a ‘Merica F*** Y*** manufactured and assembled machine and if that rings true then my hats off to you fine folks. Extra kudos for the national pride y’all.

Best purchase made

VERIFIED PURCHASE
I love it. One of the best purchases I ever made in my lifetime. It is very sturdy, quite, and well built. There are many classes on YouTube that I’m able to participate with in my workout, so instead of driving to and from gym for spin class and waiting for class to start, I have that hour I can use in my home. Best yet, prior to purchase, I missed some classes due to my schedule and late at night or early morning when I wanted to spin, i couldn’t spin; but now, I am able to spin daily as much as I want.

By far, the best spin bike on the market!!!

VERIFIED PURCHASE
I love this bike!! I've had my bike for a few weeks now. Honestly, I can't think of one bad thing to say about it. I have tried other spin bikes before however, none of them can top the M3i. The craftsmanship is top quality, sturdy, adjustable for tall big guys or for shorter people and it was easy to put together. It's very quiet and it has everything you need on it for a great workout. You guys at Keiser produce a great product. In my opinion, this is the greatest thing since slice bread. I absolutely love it!!! Keep up the great work...
For those thinking about buying one, look no further, this is the one to buy! You won't regret it

Great Company

VERIFIED PURCHASE
I purchased the bike on line. After assembling the bike it seemed to work fine but there was a significant issue that could not be resolved through tech support. The company sent someone to resolve the issue, which turned out to be my fault in the assembly process. The bike rides great and I am greatly appreciative of the attention to detail and standing behind the product.

Keiser responded:

Hello Robert,

Always happy to help, if there is ever an issue with a cycle we will see you through to the end to make sure you get what you paid for.

Best,
