I love the magnetic resistance and numeric gears. Big upgrade from my chain driven spin bike.

My biggest frustration is the M Converter. It simply does not work as advertised. I have been unable to connect to Peloton or BKool. The computer gives all the info I need, but I would like to have the ability to have the data sync into the apps.

There's an update that might help too! If you go to our converter page (https://www.keiser.com/m-serie...) you'll find a link to download an app that will update your converter. The app helps with battery life as well as stability, and would be an ideal first step.

I have owned the M3i for about three weeks. It was easy to set up due to youtube videos and the instructions that came with it.

I did order the tool kit from the Keiser web site. The tool kit is billed as all the tools you need to put the bike together and to maintain it. In the photo on the web site, it shows a plastic case for the tools. While the tools were useful, It looked like someone just went to the home depot picked out the tools and threw them in a canvas sears tools bag. That's right, the tools were thrown in a canvas tool bag.

Pretty lame in relation to the great quality of the bike. You don't really need to buy the tool kit to put the bike together. I realized that after...

Pretty lame in relation to the great quality of the bike. You don't really need to buy the tool kit to put the bike together. I realized that after I bought it. If you have basic wrenches and a socket set and some screwdrivers your good. It does call for a torque wrench and that could be an issue.

The low ball tool kit was not a deal-breaker as the bike has performed flawlessly.

The lever thats used to tighten the handlebar adjustment is cheap too. Nothing in life is perfect.

I am very glad I purchased this bike over others I looked at and It's a great addition to my awesome home gym.

You're correct for the most part here; the Assembly and Maintenance kit isn't needed to build the cycle, if you already have the tools. We understand a lot of people have the more basic tools (simple wrenches, allen wrenches) but the torque wrench and crowfoot wrenches aren't as common. We are considering providing just those two items instead of the tool kit, though the kit makes things a lot simpler for those who want everything in one package.

The picture of the tool bag on the website is the same bag anyone will receive if they order, it might look plastic due to the finish? I've attached a picture as it appears on our website now.

Keiser M3I Review

I've had the bike for a couple weeks now and I'm real satisfied with the purchase. I'm 6'7" tall and the bike fits nicely. It was easy to assemble and the craftsmanship is outstanding. Being 66 years old and having had a multitude of sports injuries and arthritis makes this bike ideal for my workouts. I would highly recommend this bike to anyone. Also due to time constraints and my inability to make it to the gym due to my work schedule this allows me the time I need to get a good workout.

Great bike, so far, but wanting to use it to it's maximum advantage

Just purchased the Keiser M3i spin bike a couple of days ago. So far, it runs great, and I am enjoying using it. However, want to pair it to the Peloton app for spin workouts, and would like to get the companion power converter. Spoke with Mike today, and was assured I would receive a coupon to help me with the purchase price of this unit as the converter did not come with the bike. Haven't received the coupon yet. So, when I do, I can then extend my review further.

Bike is great but my shipment is missing the m3 converter that was listed as part of my package. I’ve emailed and called and was told they would ship it out but it’s been 3 weeks and nothing.
