It Is The Home Workout You've Been Waiting For!

Keiser's Customer Service is Superb! I wavered for a month between the spin bike and the elliptical calling customer service on multiple occasions to discuss the pros and cons of each. With Keiser's help, I finally settled on the Strider Elliptical due to a past hip injury. With the elliptical, I get a sweat session just as good if not better than any spin class. The elliptical is very quiet and the movement smooth. This elliptical is so smooth that I can feel my posterior chain strengthening without any soreness after using it daily. The strider elliptical is giving me a chance to move and work my shoulder and hips with a fluidity comparable to swimming. My husband who has had a knee injury reports the elliptical is equally kind to knees. This is my first piece of home gym equipment and after receiving the elliptical I cannot recommend the...

I was looking for home training machine for few months and I am so happy that I made a right choice. It is compact compare to other elliptical machine, very quite and overall well made machine. There is no unnecessary computer stuff in the machine just simple computer shows what you need to know. Customer service is excellent for any questions with fast response. I highly recommend this elliptical machine to anyone.

I rarely review purchases but this is an exceptional machine. Very small footprint for an elliptical machine, which is perfect for my new Covid reality home gym. It takes a couple weeks for your muscles to adapt to the movement, but once you are there - it is a workout equal to any elliptical I've been on. Very thoughtfully designed and built to last. After it arrived I knew I made the right decision to invest in this vs cheaper options on Amazon. Highly recommend.

When the 1st machine was received I experienced a problem w/damage in shipment, Keiser sent other M5i immediately. 2nd machine arrived w/no problems. The workout is completely different than any other machine I've ever used, rather like stepper & treadmill (walking/running) in one. Easy on my knees (meniscus repair) & really great - whisper quiet!
