Our elliptical sits right next to our Keiser bike….this elliptical is quiet and needs no electricity…and you can adjust the workout as you please. It is a shorter stride than some ellipticals but works your legs quite evenly (especially if you “go backwards” some of the time) and builds cardio intensity with a slight uphill cant.
