I live and work in US and UK. I purchased an M5i in the UK and the people at Keiser UK were helpful and personable. I love the M5i. Small footprint, high-quality craftsmanship (sleek and sturdy), great value for the money, and easy to just step right on and go. I decided I wanted one in the US as well. The people at Keiser US were equally amazing - friendly, helpful, and - most importantly - real. You talk to real people and not a disingenuous call-centre salesperson.

Great little machine
This M5I Strider packs a punch with its small footprint. It’s easy to move and even easier to use. I love being able to attend classes virtually and wave to the instructors while working up a sweat! As a long time fitness instructor, having this newest option for my own workouts, without leaving my house, is a win-win! Run, don’t walk, to get yours and join our fun community!!!

Even better with classes!
This is truly the "Tesla" of ellipticals - nothing compares with its design or performance. I actually was introduced to it and continue to use it because of virtual and in-person classes with EllipticaStudios - amazing workout.

Smooth ride!
I feel in love with this glider while working out at Orange Theory Fitness. we decided to bring it home for additional workout opportunities. It’s a fine, well made machine. Smooth ride and small footprint. Thankfully my husband is great at putting things together…others might find it a bit of a challenge. Great investment!

I have used this particular piece if exercise equipment for 4 years now at Orangetheory Fitness, but wanted one for my home for my off days and for my wife to use. The equipment was shipped as promised. The packaging was superior. The final assembly took all of 30 minutes or less. The instructions were clear. Our elliptical sits right next to our Keiser bike….this elliptical is quiet and needs no electricity…and you can adjust the workout as you please. It is a shorter stride than some ellipticals but works your legs quite evenly (especially if you “go backwards” some of the time) and builds cardio intensity with a slight uphill cant.
