The M5I give the chance to train at inside at home in a time efficient manner that compliments my other cross training. It is relatively compact and very quiet, and works will across a broad range of intensity levels. One unexpected big bonus is the app that provides goal-oriented workouts that build upon an assessment. And it works perfectly with my Polar heart rate strap. My wife loves this thing am much as I do.

I purchased the strider in May during the lockdown. Two weeks later it was safely delivered. No assembly required which is the first good thing. It is very easy to move around my small house when I need to get it out of the way which is the second good thing. It is a great way to get my heart rate up and get in a good cardio workout during the pandemic/the hot summer/the gym that I no longer want to go to. Very happy with my purchase.

I love the M5i, and it's as easy or as challenging a workout as you want. I really like the stride length as it is a bit shorter than the ellipticals at the gym and it promotes better posture and alignment for me, and since I bought this I can cancel my gym membership as the M5i completes my home gym!
