I research several bikes before my Keiser M3i purchase and even tested a Peloton. I was sold on the design, quality and performance. The bike was exceptionally packed and there was no damage to the bike upon arrival and there were no missing parts or pieces. The Keiser team is also exceptional from Sales, Orders, and Software they are quick to respond and helped answer all my questions pre and post sale. I did receive a broken converter but Keiser overnighted a new one. The bike itself was fairly easy to assemble I used the Keiser tool kit, read the manual and watched the video. The bike is super smooth and quiet! It has enhanced my workouts and I love it! :)

Just in case you needed a temporary fix, you can snag a gel seat cover for $45 on Keiser.com! If that doesn't quite fit what you're looking for, you can also swap the seat with anything that fits on a standard road bike.

We, like many, were wavering about which exercise bike to purchase. Ultimately we determined that the “cool points” you get by owning a certain brand didn’t make up for the benefits of not being locked into one exercise platform. With our Keiser bike we can ride independently, or use one of the many fitness apps out there to take a class. We got the media tray and it is easy to read a book or hold a tablet. The bike fit was better and more comfortable for us, and the cost savings (no extra monthly payments after purchase price is paid) were totally worth it.

Challenging to put together. Bought the tool kit but the directions on the video and in the book are slightly different and no explanation for how to use the tools (torque wrench). Certainly not a 30 to 45 minute process. But once assembled, it is a fantastic bike and whisper quiet. Great workouts.
