Superior Engineering - Great Ride

The M3i spin bike arrived sooner then expected and in good working order. Our family of 4 has put it through its paces. The superior engineering allows for a great ergonomic fit with our variety of body types. I love that the wheel is out of the sweat zone and that the bike rides silky smooth. My only criticism is that I wish Keiser had an app akin to the competitor’s app experience.
P.S. I have already recommended the M3i to several friends.

love the bike - HATE THE SEAT

The bike is phenomenal although it was wound so tight that initially, peddling felt impossible. My husband called customer service (very helpful and patient) to help him but no luck. We just have to put in the work of loosening it up, which over the past several months, it has slightly. That said, the seat and the seat cover are TERRIBLE. I've been doing cycling classes for years, and am an avid hybrid bike rider, and NEVER has my bottom hurt so much from a seat. The cover isn't tight and in fact, makes my bottom hurt even worse. I would spend money on a better quality seat, but your company doesn't offer one. For the cost of the bike, seat technology is well beyond what you offer. Terribly disappointing.

I'm sorry about that! We do actually have another style of seat but it's very hard to select a single seat that customers will universally enjoy. That's why we made the M3i so that you can swap the seat out with anything that fits on a typical road bike.
