Extremely quiet, smooth ride!! I have bad knees so being able to customize the fit was extremely important. If you want the best spin bike, this is it! It took my husband and I about two hours to assemble it. I recommend getting the tool kit for the torque wrench. I wish I had not waited 7 months into the pandemic to purchase it. I spin to Studio Sweat on Demand and watch it via my Apple tv. Keiser packages the bike extremely well to insure there is no damage, and there was no delay with the delivery. I was debating a long time whether to splurge. I only regret not having purchased it sooner. Thank you Keiser for producing a quality piece of equipment.

FANTASTIC BIKE
I've had my M3i for two years now, I researched other brands and even borrowed an M3i from a friend (while she was unable to ride for a while) to be certain I had to have this bike. It's expensive after all. However, it has been worth every penny. I use the Peloton app and I can truly say I don't miss going to the studio for spin classes. I am a working mom and I feel like I bought back the time it took me to get back and forth to class. Obviously, since COVID19, I have been very grateful to have the ability to work out at home. We are so happy with the M3i spin bike, great quality, silent ride, works great. The assembly was fine except that I had never used a torque wrench before so I had help for that. My daughter and I are enjoying it everyday instead of going to the gym. I’m impressed — it’s much better than I expected. We are using it with workout apps on the iPad.

Assembly instructions are well written and illustrated- easy to follow. My only recommendation would be that you tell people there's a break in period and that it won't always sound and feel like it's grinding its crank bearings to powder. The noise and feel in the pedals is because the drive belt is tight at first, and everything will get smoother and quieter in a couple hundred miles. Could save other customers like me who've had worn out bearings in other bikes some worry and a phone call. Thanks for the reassurance, Paul.

Thanks for your comments Rod, an excellent suggestion! The cycle does go through a settling period, and in the gym you're almost never going to experience this because the cycles are used by so many, and so often.

This bike is silent...I can ride and watch TV. With the Kieser tools that can be purchased for the bike, assembly was not difficult. Getting it out of the box was more challenging than assembly. Operation is smooth, sturdy and super high quality. The only thing that takes getting used to is the seat. Hard at first, so on day two I used a pillow, and now I'm used to it.
