Great Bike, Fair Customer Service

I had used a Keiser stationary bike at our YMCA. I thought they were great. They could be adjusted several ways to fit my body, were stable so I could do standing sprints, and seemed o hold up well with heavy usage.

After the pandemic started, I tried to order a bike for home use. I left two messages with a sales person but never received a return call. I did receive a reply from a chat session. After I bought a bike, I was able to contact a support person quickly on the first try.

I love these bikes! But mine has a noise.

I really love my M3i. Pre-covid I taught cycling at the Y near my house and they have the bikes, which is why I wanted one. Delivery was prompt, assembly went fine (glad I bought the tool kit) and it rides great, although I'm noticing how much cycling muscle I've lost in 5 months! The is a noise when I come out of the saddle like something is rubbing somewhere. I was going to call the support number next week and see if someone could listen to it on the phone and tell me what to adjust. Other than that, it's all good,

Getting Fit over 70

I am a novice on Spin Cycles. I had tried Peloton previously and liked the bike. I chose Keiser because of its quality and professional ratings. I have not been disappointed. The workmanship is superb. Assembly was a snap and provided an opportunity for "bonding" with the bike. Its very smooth and QUIET! The controls are quite responsive. The digital display is clear, useful, and easily discernible. I found the seat to be a little hard and narrow for my 74 year-old derrière - I'll likely change it out for a more padded one. Overall, I am very happy with this machine. Getting fit!
