A solid investment in my health

VERIFIED PURCHASE
After going thru several Throw-Away exercise bikes , I can only ask why I did not buy this bike sooner. It’s solid, whisper quiet for early morning rides...I love this bike!

Exceeded expectations!

I am not a mechanical type of guy. With the tool kit and the instructional video assembly was easy. Assembling the bike gave me an appreciation of the excellent design and engineering.

Excellent Bike

VERIFIED PURCHASE
I researched several bikes before purchasing the M3i and even tested a Peloton. I am overall very satisfied with both the M3i bike and the Keiser staff. Before I purchased I spoke with Paris in Sales and he answered the many questions that I had. Once I purchased the bike I was worried about the receiving all the items and parts from CA to NJ, but the bike was exceptionally packed to avoid any damage. Prior to delivery I spoke with Destiny in Orders and she confirmed everything shipped together. The bike was fairly easy to assemble and I used both the video and manual. I received a broken converter, but Michael in Software overnighted me a new one. The bike is a very smooth and quiet ride. Thank you Keiser for an exceptional bike and service!

Great Quality Indoor Bike with Fantastic Support

VERIFIED PURCHASE
We've now had our Keiser M3i Bike for two months. Overall, it's been a great purchase and I wish I could rate it a 4.5. We spent a great deal of time debating a Keiser vs. a Peloton. My husband is 6'5" and I'm 5'2" and these were two of the only quality bikes available for our height difference. We love the Peloton cycles classes, but didn't like the long delivery time (3 months to CA) and being forced to join the $40 monthly membership. Plus, we liked the Keiser simpler design, low maintenance requirements, ease of adjustment to ride, and that it was based locally. We ordered our bike and got it in a week. It only took us about an hour to put it together. We installed one part upside down and the support team was able to immediately tell...
We installed one part upside down and the support team was able to immediately tell us what we did wrong by simply seeing a picture. I also reached out to them to figure out how to install the weights holder and they responded immediately. Overall, we are very happy with the bike and it's being used by someone every day. My only issue is how the watts are calculated on the bike. After doing classes at Equinox and Bay Club, I was used to having 140-150 average watts. After two months of working hard on the Keiser, I'm still at 110 which is a little discouraging. I understand that they're different bikes and Keiser is calibrated for outdoor riding, but I've definitely had to adjust my ego. Lastly, the shifter on the Keiser is very sensitive (it goes from 0-24 and I ride between 12-17). For me, every adjustment is about 20 watts which makes "fine tuning" when you're riding, a little tougher. As I said, these are small annoyances and we're very happy to have the bike and would definitely recommend it to a friend.
