Fantastic Diversified Workout!

I'm so happy I finally purchased the M3i. For the past 15 years I've been using hand weights and a treadmill for fast and elevated walking. I also ride a road bike around 2 times per week. I have now added the indoor cycle on a regular basis and I'm amazed how great this new diversified workout is. I'm excited to now be able to continue to be able to indoor cycle in the winter time. My next purchase will be a 32" monitor and floor stand to utilize indoor cycle apps. By the way the purchase, delivery and the assembled M3i are all excellent.

Great spin bike

I’ve used older model Keiser bikes at my gym for 10 years. When the gym cut back the class offerings due to Covid-19 I decided to invest in one for home use. No regrets! I love it! The new model has same quiet ride but better handlebar design, and improved pedals. I have ridden Schwinn and Peleton indoor bikes and Keiser is hands down the best!

Poor customer service

I bought the Keiser M3i bike and accessories. Bike is quality build. Customer service is horrible, as mentioned on several boards. My bike was missing a screw. Not helpful at all. Demanding documentation through pictures of missing screw before they would send the screw to me. Paid over 2300 dollars for a bike and they won't send a 5 cent missing screw. Horrible service.

I'm very sorry the bike was missing parts! Our goal is always to provide the best solution to any customer concern; we ask for pictures/documentation for two reasons:

1. Getting a picture takes the guesswork out of the customer's hands and allows our service team to provide the most accurate and succinct solution to the problem. If we get a chance to see the problem, it vastly improves our ability to provide a turnkey solution.

2. Sending the serial number of the cycle also gives us the ability to ensure you received the correct product, and allows us to pinpoint the day that this problem started so that we can examine our processes to verify if this was an accident or a systemic failure.

After a lot of research, the M3i is Everything I expected. Smooth, solid ride. The packaging was very well done and it was refreshing to assemble something made in the U.S.A. No cheap hex bolts but actual stainless steel nuts and bolts with premium steel and solid welds. It will last many years. Great job Keiser.

Enjoying the bike, smooth and quiet

I bought the M3 converter thinking I could upload rides or join rides with others. Having trouble. I cannot link to Peloton or Strava or Garmin. I bought the peloton app because your website showed it as connecting. Peloton says not possible. I can only connect to Keiser metric app. Can someone contact me and help figure out.

Quality bike, easy to assemble

This is the first exercise bike I have ever purchased, but I am blown away by the outstanding quality. It is smooth, quiet, and easy to use. The bike computer is outstanding. I appreciate the fact you can use it with services like the Sufferfest and are not tied into a user experience like Peloton's for the bike to work.

Bike was professionally packaged, my son & I assembled without much bother, directions were clear, parts were all labeled for easy identification. I did buy the tool kit, seems like we needed that tension wrench.
Computer screen did not work but got a prompt reply which identified a loose connection.
Love the bike, even seat is fairly comfortable, only had bike 3 weeks but love it, fingers crossed for the next 20 years
