Called sales office and was told that $100 off coupon code did not exist. Others told me they got $100 off. Very frustrating when purchasing.
Gel seat cover should be included in purchase of this otherwise great bike. Very hard seat.

Most of the discounts we offer are volume based, though we do offer a Military, first responders and healthcare workers discount.

Thank you for your feedback on the seat, it's very hard to find a saddle that will fit everyone as saddle preference varies so greatly from person to person, that is why we started selling the seat cover! The idea is that you can use the cover if you find the seat uncomfortable while seeking a seat that more suits your cycling preference, if desired.

I’ve ridden these bikes before at clubs and knew that they were great. The ride is smooth sitting or standing and the computer easily shows information about your ride through your heart rate monitor. I’d rather use my own iPad vs one that comes w/the bike as some do what a waste of money that other bike is. Have you ever seen that one in a club getting hard use as the Keiser? Not me. This is worth every penny. We especially like the Keiser spinning exercises On YouTube.

Great Bike - Terrible followup

Love the bike. This is my second one purchased. The bike never arrived as promised by both the manufacturer and delivery company. Tried to followup with manufacturer, but did not receive a reply. Finally was able to contact the delivery company and after an additional week, bike was delivered.
