Best spin bike

Quality spin bike. Customer service wonderful, ordered bike and it came in a week or so. Worth spending extra money for this bike, enjoy the ride more and it will last for years. The fitness studio I go to, Om fitness, has had Keizer bikes for 4-5 yrs and they are used daily. Bikes in excellent condition and I’m told need little maintenance.

Poor Quality and Customer Service

We bought 42 studio bikes and less than a year in and 8 have had to have repairs. I'm reminded that our bikes are out of warranty after 6 months (two of those months they sat unused due to the pandemic shut down). For a studio bike, they are not very durable. The resistance knob has to be continually adjusted, the weight holder breaks easily, and the knobs strip on the regular. Going to switch out to another brand after the use is up for sure.

The dumbbell holder issue is something we became aware of and addressed with our engineering department. This has since been remedied.

Most of the other issues are preventable, the stripped knobs can occur through overtightening after repeated use, or by not being in the correct holes.

I apologize for the inconvenience with the warranty, "wearable parts," that is, the seat upholstery, pedal straps, tension level and adjustment knobs, are covered for 3 months and in a commercial setting, may need to be replaced every so often; it all depends on how they are handled.

Always had a problem having a comfortable bike for my heights. This was great. And flywheel is fantastic. Well made. Wish Keiser had live/recorded lessons other than buying a adapter and paying $15/mo.
