Incredible Machine! You want this bike!

This bike super smooth. This was a huge upgrade to my old Schwinn. It is almost silent with only a light woosh sound. This is how a mag resistence bike should be. The computer is no-nonsense, starting immediately upon pedaling with no user actions necessary. I do wish there was a bottle cage and not just an indentation to hold a water bottle. Now, if only Keiser would start selling the M5i again. It would perfectly with this M3i.

Great bike, but no laptop stand option

The bike works very well and is pretty quiet. Sound is a big issue in the coop I live in since we have wood floors in an old building that conducts sound down. My biggest critique as someone is using this in a WFH situation is the media console is somewhat limiting. I like to read through all of my emails and news in the morning as I bike and there isn't a product to allow me to use a laptop, which makes responding to emails or doing any sort of work more difficult. I get it's primarily an exercise bike, but with the WFH situation a lot of their other competitors have the option for trays that allow you to do work while riding. I called their customer support to see if there were any third-party producers they would recommend, but was rushed off...

Hi Ryan,

The cycle was originally designed with commercial use in mind, and in 99 times out of 100, that lines up perfectly with home user needs! In this case the handlebars don't support such a large device, though any size tablet or smartphone is accommodated. Safety is a key concern too and because riding out of the saddle is such an important option to have, resting anything on the handlebars without securing the device could result in damaged goods.

Your feedback is well received in any case, we do need to keep the future in mind and though developing a laptop stand may not be a priority for us at the moment, I apologize for the way that was communicated.

This is the bike our studio uses so we knew we wanted it for home use. Assembly was a bit complicated but doable, highly recommend the available assembly tool kit. It took my husband about 1 1/2 hours. Smooth, quiet, comfortable, easily adjustable. Love our Keiser!

LOVE my new Keiser M3i bike!
