Like the M3i, but still working out some issues!

I came across Keiser after one of my searches for “the best spin bike.” I scoured over the features, read many, many reviews, asked one of my roadies if they had heard of Keiser and got positive feedback, so I decided to go for it. It didn’t hurt that the bike came with $500 worth of gear which included all tools required to assemble the bike.
The bike was delivered 6 days after ordering. The bike was extremely well packaged. It was mounted to a thin wooden plank for stability and very well wrapped and padded. My son helped me get the bike out of the boxes—it is double packed, one box inside of another. You will need assistance removing the bike from the box. With the exception of some very minor scratches on the flywheel and one of the washers, nothing appeared damaged. I assembled the bike myself following the YouTube video. I had no issues with assembly.
I have had a chance for two good rides so far. Overall, I like the bike—it rides well. I love the streamlined appearance and sleekness of the bike. However, the design of the water bottle holder makes it easy to knock the water bottle down when getting off the bike. The seat takes some getting used to but is not horrible. I may however switch it out in the future. I love the style and placement of the tension lever and it has been quite effective and is much more convenient and easier to adjust than the standard knob which you have to reach down to adjust. I love the stretch pads as when riding outside a sidewalk was the only place I could get an adequate stretch for my calves. While in the gym I could never quite find the right place to stretch my calves, so the stretch pad is wonderful! Of course, I love the mat as it saves my floor. The media tray is useful for holding my phone and the blue tooth converter which I have not mastered yet—still learning how to use that. I have done two recorded Peloton rides by simply casting from my phone to my television but have not been able to connect through the blue tooth converter. Perhaps I will try it with another app.
The one issue I am having is that the handlebars keep loosening up. No matter how much I tighten them, they loosen up during use. During the end of my last ride while leaning against the handlebars stretching, the handlebars shifted forward enough to startle me. I am now hesitant to lean against them as instructed at the end of my rides.
Desperately need to know how to secure handlebars so they do NOT shift forward.
