Smooth bike

Excellent bike, smooth ride, highly adjustable and not too difficult to put together. Only complaint is the device that is supposed to link the display (rpm, etc.) to your electronics has no reset button and is impossible to open once you assemble it - so if it doesn’t connect to Bluetooth on your first try, you’re out of luck, no connection at all.

That's not exactly how the computer works, it's more or less "on" all the time, searching for a compatible device. Great Bike! but I had high expectations before I bought one...

and the M3i met them. A certain other brand wasn't for me. I've been riding a Keiser spin bike at my gym for years and am now very happy to have my own for winter rides.

The assembly was as easy as it looks in their video and the provided instructions are fine too. Unboxed to ride in an hour using their assembly kit which came with the package I bought.

I haven't hooked up a bluetooth app just yet or the heart rate monitor, I've been too busy riding it.

The bike itself is great, but having issues with the 3I connecting to Apps. Can't find anything youtube or internet to help. Also wish that it would connect to my Garmin heart rate monitor instead of Polar. You'd thing with all the other Heart rate options they would have used Ant+ or something for the HR.

I'm sorry to hear that! Have you had the chance to connect with our software team regarding the apps? Thank you for the feedback on the heart rate monitors, the Polar monitor we include with M3i purchases works well with the cycle though we are aware it doesn't work with other machines. It is something we are looking to remedy very soon, with a different version of the Polar monitor.

I’m amazed how quiet this is! Been having some great workouts so far where I had previously been using my old tri bike on a trainer. My daughter is a hockey player and has been using it for off-ice cardio workouts as well.

I was also impressed with the assembly as the instructions were easy to follow (I’m the best with tools). All in all a very well made and efficient product.

Just as I hoped, this bike is as solid as the site describes. My fear was to buy a piece of equipment that wouldn't hold up to the years. I love that we can maintain this ourselves. Customer service is also excellent. I had a minor issue that they took care of incredibly fast. I wish this company would make more products! We need more quality companies like this - quality product, quality customer service!
