Assembly instructions and tool kit were excellent.
So far I've used bike every day since I assembled it.
I ride enjoying the view which overlooks the lake I live on watching eagles, swans and other numerous species of wildlife.

This bike is amazing and exactly what I hoped it would be!

The customer service and shipping company they choose not so amazing. They told me I have to be home for a signature but then they deliver it the day before they tell you to be home to wait for it. Early delivery obviously wouldn’t have been a big deal except not only did they not get a signature but they just left the box in the parking lot of my condominium complex... no where near our front door and right out in the open where it could have easily have been seen and stolen. Various attempts to get ahold of customer service at both fed ex and Keiser to discuss this negligent delivery were unsuccessful, at fed ex it is impossible to talk to a real person and Keiser nobody would take or return my calls.

In conclusion, product is great, customer experience one of the worst I’ve experienced.

I went through our notes and couldn't find any voice mails or emails from you, though at the time this review was submitted we did have some internal issues with incoming phone calls and you may have been a casualty of that; I sincerely apologize for your experience.

No Regrets!
