My wife and I tried many bikes as part of our decision to have a spin bike at home. The Keiser M3i felt the best so we ordered one on-line. It came when promised. It was very easy to put together. We have had it for a little over a week now and each ridden about 3 times. It is the smoothest, best engineered spin bike that either of us has ever used over our 10-12 years of spinning. I bought the Keiser M3i primarily to lose weight. The assembly was easy. The ride is very smooth. The fit adjustment are also easy. I like the flexibility of being able to use any App and connect data from the bike’s computer. That flexibility requires some computer expertise. Getting the Keiser M series App to show up on my TV via my IPhone screen sharing took a few tries. I am still working on connections for ride Apps. Not being tied to one App is worth the extra effort to set up the connections.

I had used a Keiser at my Y, and it was strong. Also adjusts close to an outdoor bike, much more adjustable than other stationary bikes I have used. The parts that need to be heavy-gauged metal are made with the right stuff. I expect this bike to last me many years. My wife actually made the purchase, and she was very impressed with your service
