GREAT BIKE
I love my Keiser M3 bike. Only improvement I would like to see is the heart monitor. Would be great if I could connect a program on my Apple Watch to the bike monitor.

I left a phone message at 6:00 AM California time forgetting I'm in NY. I got a call back in several minuets. This bike is the quietest and best peddling bike I have ridden.

First experienced a Keiser M3 at a hotel gym in 2019 and loved it. Took a couple years to finally purchase an M3i but could not be happier. Shipping/packaging was flawless. Assembly took about an hour and that was really taking my time with it. The tool kit made assembly much easier. I am 6'4", I have been able to adjust everything for a proper fit and comfortable ride with room to spare on each adjustment. This machine is whisper quiet. The first several times using it my wife came in to check on me because she could not hear anything being in the next room. So far the included heart rate monitor is remarkedly accurate.
