The M3i actually communicates with iOS very easily, you need to connect through the app itself and not with the native Bluetooth menu on the iPhone/iPad. You can reach out to us with any questions on usage!

We do, however, have a "glitch" with our control head/heart monitor. While wearing the monitor (and we've changed batteries to be sure) it simply doesn't work. When we're not wearing it, the heart monitor application bounces all over the place. So, what's with this?
