Have been blessed to ride Keiser cycles for many years prior to the pandemic. As a result, I have tried several different “well known and popular” bikes. None have been close to meeting my expectations - a monitor on the front of the bike does not make it a good piece of equipment. Glad I found a good bike and am able to use a variety of different workout apps to accomplish my maximum workout goals while on the most SOLID of bikes. Very happy owner!!

Choose this over a Peloton after reading about QA and delivery issues with Peloton (on reddit, fyi).
I couldn't be happier with the Keiser M3i bike. Received about 10 days after order (in Alaska, where we are used to long waits on deliveries, so 10 days felt speedy!) in November and have put almost 300 miles on the bike so far.
As far as quality, it's probably far superior than my residential, 2-person-use needs. I keep thinking it's like I bought a Land Rover when I probably only needed a Civic, but I have no regrets. There is no question that this top quality equipment. The ability to easily adjust the handlebars and the seat up/down and forward/back is key to making it comfortable for both users.
I purchased the mConverter and the tool kit with it, happy I did. Took me a couple of hours...

I have used Keiser bikes for years at a local spinning studio so decided to purchase one to use at home. I'm so glad that I did! I ordered on 12/10, was notified that it shipped on 12/18, and received the bike via FedEx on 12/23. Assembly was easy (it took two of us about an hour, including time to learn how to use a torque wrench which I was nervous about, but had no issues!). The video was helpful and instruction manual clear. The bike is so well made - very sturdy and completely silent - and the design is beautiful and sleek. I've enjoyed using the M Series app to track my progress.

I've used an indoor bike for a number of years but noticed the difference with the Keiser M3i right away. After a few days of riding I realized that the Keiser has a smoothness and solidity that reminded me of the way my first BMW, a 325i felt. Great job.
From the customer side a well-oiled machine with purchase/delivery e-mail updates. Hard to find in businesses that have been in business as long as Keiser has been as they tend to not progress. Keiser clearly has.
Received bike early - in total 7 business days! Estimated 12/24 delivery, and came 2 days early!
Extremely well packaged to minimize/avoid any damage through delivery
Fairly easy assembly - included all the tools needed with my package & nothing was missing (unheard of in this day in age)
Parts feel solidly built, nothing chintzy.
Super quiet when working out.
No Forced Monthly membership lock-in after my initial purchase. YouTube (free) has a TON of indoor bike workouts.
