tried the new Peloton first. Didn't like the fact that the handle bars don't go back and forth, only up and down. Also, I may want to just ride and watch Netflix. No go on the Peloton. The Keiser bike is well made, easy to assemble (video on YouTube), smooth and quiet. I'm using it with an iPad and Apple fitness. I will get a new iPad every two years or so. I was worried that large Peloton display would be obsolete in 2 years and didn't know if it would be upgradable.

I love my M3i. This bike is extremely adjustable and I love the flexibility to use it with any and all web-based fitness programs. It rides quite, smooth, and doesn't take up much space in the den. Also, the M-Series App is great for tracking workouts whether they be via a third party or using the app's built-in guided sessions.

My employers exercise facility, which was organized by employee/members, has a Kaiser bike & that's how I was spoiled.
And this new updated version Exceeds the Quality of the Keiser I was Spoiled on!
I'm not going to say I would recommend it to a friend(s)...

Terrific Bike
I wish I could have a choice to give it 4.5 stars. Its terrific!! I'm 6'3", 200 lbs. & my wife is 5'0" and 107 lbs. and the machine is comfortable for both of us. It's very well made. Better than the most of the consumer bikes out there. Putting it together took just about an hour. I spent more time unwrapping the parts than installing them. It comes very well protected. The reason for the half star off is the tighteners for the seat and handle bars loosen slightly while doing a workout for me. I'm a more serious road cycling rider so I'm really taxing the bike and they loosen so I feel them. My wife has never experienced it as she's so light and isn't pushing quite as hard - (although she can toast most people up hills!)....

I was sent a new knob for the rear and it helped a bit but it still does it. All I do is just retighten them during a serious workout.

I love my Keiser M3i bike and highly recommend it! I chose Keiser because I used it at a gym years ago for spin classes. First, shipping was very fast. I ordered on a Friday afternoon and received it the following Saturday. Second, it was packed very securely in two boxes with every part tightly wrapped so nothing could happen to it. It took me longer to unwrap everything than to assemble it! Third, I brought the parts to my basement and assembled it myself with no issues. The instructions and video are very straightforward. I bought the bundle and could not have done it without the tool kit. Fourth, the bike is quiet and easy to use with many adjustments possible with the seat and handlebars being able to move in different directions. I had no problems clipping in/out...

I have also had no problems connecting with the converter although I rarely use it. The only issue I have had is the sensor in the display is picking up the frequency from my Apple Watch and showing a heart rate although it is not accurate, just random numbers, so it more of an annoyance. I emailed Keiser and quickly received a response. It was recommended I try riding without my watch but I don't want to do that so I just ignore the heart rate. So far I have been using the Peloton app and enjoy the classes even if I have to convert the resistance. I do not mind figuring out it out (or use a chart) and I don't care about the leaderboard. Eventually I will try more apps which is another Keiser benefit to other spin bikes in the market where you are stuck with their platform. While the bike is expensive, it is well worth it!!
