Couldn't be happier

I purchased this bike early in 2021, so I've been using it for a few months now and just finally getting around to leaving a review. I couldn't be happier. The quality and build are outstanding. The ride is smooth and comfortable. I also purchased the converter and it connects flawlessly with all the major cycling apps. I use the bike and converter almost every day. Customer service is outstanding. Any issues or questions are dealt with promptly and thoroughly. My overall experience has been exceptional. I think I will continue to use and enjoy this for many years. Thanks Keiser!

Love my keiser bike!

I have had my spin bike for about two years. I have more miles in it than on my car!

I got the bike before my knee surgery because every other bike I tried hurt my knee. It let me strengthen the muscles around my knee before surgery. Now I'm doing close to 75 miles a week on the bike.

I wish that you'd combine the m-series app info with the new The Ride app so I didn't have to run both apps to get the Ride and the stats.

Training for an Ironman- 140.6

My husband and I are training for our first 140.6 Full Ironman this year 2021. Having the Keiser bike available early in the morning or working on “bricks” is the best. It’s a great bike. I own three bike trainers and they are clunky and I don’t like having to rack my bike to use it. We’ve used the Keiser spin bike in our spin class at the gym - but owning one is truly great. Very smooth. Also- thanks for the padded seat - it means I don’t have to wear my bike shorts. Also, your website made it easy to purchase- and it arrived in two days!

I ordered my M3i online and it was delivered 10 days later. My family is very excited about this bike. Virtually silent. Very well made. Solid Spin Bike

I owned the bike for about 1 1/2 years. Keiser Technical support (Kyle) is outstanding. I had a couple of minor issues. I sent an email to keiser and within a day i got a response and they sent me parts 2 day fedex with no hesitation. They also gave me a link and instructions on how to replace them. Very straight forward no issues with the replacement. I use the peloton app on my ipad. I found a conversion table that gives keiser gear that corresponds to peloton resistance. Keiser has fantastic customer service. I wouldn't hesitate to purchase products from them in the future.
