Awesome spin bike at a great price!

My wife and I really enjoy our M3i spin bike! Received it in November of 2020 and have been riding it now for 5 months at approx. 3 hours per day between the two of us.
Bike is VERY well constructed, is really easy to assemble and comes in a VERY sturdy box/crate. Be sure to order the tool kit they offer for assembly if you don't already have the tools. Also you can get the Peloton App thru Roku or Apple store and use that while riding - wife loves this! Been riding exercycles for over 30 years and this one is one of the best!

Just one drawback in an otherwise great product.

Overall, this is a great product. I replaced the saddle right away, but expected that before I purchased, as saddle comfort is very personal. The one drawback that surprised me is there's no option for crank-arms less (unusually) wide apart than the ones provided. To compensate, I bought Shimano SPD pedals with a shorter axle and pushed the cleats to the outside of my shoes. (So I now have one pair of shoes exclusively for the M3i.) That did the trick, and I love the bike. But I would have thought it made sense to offer a choice of crank arms, so standard pedals and bike shoes will work for users who do a lot of road cycling on standard road bikes. Pedal width is a big deal, and if it is wrong it can result in injury.

We designed our M3i to be as maximally compatible with as many people as possible, and it can take some time to adjust to the feel of our pedals. They are definitely different than the average bike, but then again, so is the M3i.

I'm very happy with my new Keiser M3i. It was delivered fast and was easy to unbox and assemble. I recommend getting the toolkit - having the right tools for the job made assembly a lot easier. The bike is very solid and quiet. I used to ride at a gym, and the Keiser M3i is as good or better than the professional spin bike at the gym.

I received the order ahead of schedule to the East coast. The double box was in excellent shape. The bike was packaged with bubble and shrink wrap and mounted on a wooden base. It was in perfect condition, very impressive. The bike went together easily providing you have a free speciality tools like torque wrench and two sizes of crows feet. I have owned many exercise bikes(sole, echelon) and four road bikes. The M3i is the smoothest and most realistic feel to my road bikes. The handlebar and seat adjustments make it possible to get the bike adjusted perfectly for me. The bike came with many bonus items to include a polar chest heart rate monitor. The only thing I hope Keiser can upgrade is to allow an Apple Watch or other optical HRMs to register the heart rate on the M3i bike monitor and...
