It was easy to assemble, made with super high quality materials and hardly makes a sound. I love my bike and have not skipped cycling since the day I assembled it. Best machine on the market!

I love my machine. I had an issue with assembling my handle bar. I called and the assistance was stellar. The tech FaceTime me and walked me through it. I gave it a 4 because of the assessory. The package came with the H1 HR monitor and I believe a more updated version like one with Bluetooth and other features like an H9 or 10.

Thanks Socautious1, the Polar H1 works well with our exercise equipment but you're correct, it is not Bluetooth enabled. Upgrading the heart rate monitor is a great suggestion!

Cycling through Jurassic Park

After retirement I was riding my bicycle on mountain roads about 10,000 miles a year. My daughter had a major family crisis and I relocated to another state to help with my grandkids. It's impossible to ride outside as much now. At my age, 76, I want to stay healthy, but I also just want to ride a bike. As a YMCA member I used Keiser spin bikes for years so knew the bike. This was the best thing I've done for myself since I moved to my daughter's. I work out on my Keiser M3i every day, several times a day, using TV for the M3 videos on Youtube, or some of the "Cycling through the Alps" etc. videos. I'm thrilled that I have this available now, any time of the day or night. I was unable to download a photo to show you, but I did take one...

The Keisers are one of the best built, fully adjustable and smooth riding bikes on the market. I have also recommended them to a number of friends and associates who are very pleased with them too.
