Assembly was very simple and understandable after watching the video. Be sure to order the tool kit from Keiser - it costs $99 but is well worth it. Because it uses magnetic tension, the bike makes no noise at all - none - and it is the most stable bike I have ever tried even when you are out of the saddle. The control lever that sets the tension is much easier than spinning dial on the Peloton bike, and the bike costs $500+ less than Peloton! The heart monitor, ipad holder and floor mat come with the bundle. If you are in the market for a spin bike for your home get the Keiser M3i. You won't be disappointed!

I am so impressed with the Keiser M3I. Top quality and well worth the money. I’m a retired UPS driver and it was amazing how well the bike was packed. It took almost as long to unpack it as to put it together. I’m also proud of the fact it was made in the USA! I’m 65 with some disabilities yet I can ride this bike comfortably and get a awesome workout. You get what you pay for and this bike is worth it. Love this bike and happy I bought it!

Not too difficult to assemble for a 70 year old woman like me who just broke four ribs. Ordered the tools, that helped. App offers lots of workout choices for various levels and is reasonably priced. Has road rider seat, watts, heart rate detection and perfect handlebar for wide range of positions. Great for serious riders like me but also good for beginners. Met this bike in a spin class and it is perfect. Also lighter weight and flywheel which are positives.

Easy set up, solid, great customer service!
I had used Keiser spin bikes at our companies fitness center and YMCA spin classes for many years. I always liked the quality of the kit and the solid, quick adjustments of the bike. But the best aspect may be the lever to control resistance and the fact it shows your resistance from 1 to 24. I do not like the dial design on most spin bikes as I never know how to gauge the resistance level. Well, now I have the real deal and it is perfect. It was easy to put together and one more thing....the M3's are incredibly quite. They make almost no noise. Very cool.
