I purchased this bike mainly due to recommendations and excellent reviews on he product and customer service. The bike itself is great. Very quiet and simple. The installation was much easier than expected. Once we unpacked the parts, it took my son and I less than an hour. I had some questions on the tools provided, and the customer service team was very quick to respond. I really love riding the bike. I am 6-4, and weigh about 235, and I have had trouble using the typical bikes found in gyms. I ride this one very comfortably. I think it is a great bike and a great value.

We’ve only had our bike assembled for a little over a week, but it’s been great so far. It’s super quiet, very sturdy, easily adjustable for size differences between my husband and I (I’m 5’1”), and I love the design. Chose the Keiser after doing a bunch of research, and very happy with my choice!

Although FedEx screwed up the delivery with a routing error, I finally got it and finished putting it together yesterday. The assembly went well with your instructions and a YouTube video I found.
