Powder Coater - 09/11/2024
Role Description
We are currently looking for an experienced Powder Coating Painter to work in our manufacturing facility. Responsibilities include operating a handheld spray gun in a spray booth while wearing protective equipment to paint fitness equipment.
To excel in this role, you should have in-depth knowledge of powder coating equipment including guns, hoppers, and booth collection systems, and how to operate them skillfully and safely. Candidates should also be able to make necessary adjustments to the painting process to ensure quality parts are produced. The ideal candidate will have a steady hand and great attention to detail.
This position may be temp-to-hire using a third-party agency. Employees are evaluated after working 90 days and offered a position with the company if meeting expectations.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sandblasting, masking, or rinsing in high-volume production
- Complete jobs on time by following schedule
- Inspect parts for defects
- Apply powder coating using a handheld spray gun, ensuring an even distribution of the coating for a uniform finish per manufacturer requirements
- Place items in a curing oven once powder coating is applied
- Clean paint guns and the booth to prevent contamination
- Make adjustments to powder coating equipment when needed: guns & hoppers
- Examine finished parts to ensure conformance to specifications and free of defects
- Communicate discrepancies to Team Lead, solve problems, and implement solutions
- Maintain equipment in a condition that does not compromise safety
- Ensure all work produced meets customers' quality expectations
- Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and complete preventive maintenance
- Ensure all health and safety guidelines are followed

Role Description
We are currently looking for an experienced Prototype Fabricator to be responsible for the overall construction and maintenance of testing machines and prototypes in the engineering department. This position will test prototypes to evaluate their performance, durability, and adherence to design specifications and make adjustments as necessary. This role is highly creative as well as hands-on.
The ideal candidate works well within a diverse team while also being able to operate independently and deliver projects on time and to specification. This candidate should have related manufacturing experience, and be a diligent, determined performer who thinks outside the box to help us find better and more efficient ways to manufacture our products.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES
- Build custom prototypes from limited information and work with engineering on construction and iterations not only with speed but also with accuracy
- Assemble parts and components to form a complete prototype, ensuring all parts fit together correctly and function as intended
- Monitor and maintain prototype machines throughout their life cycle
- Prepare and fabricate parts to specifications using lathes, mills, welders, grinders, CNC, and hand tools
- Identify and resolve any issues that arise during the fabrication process, including troubleshooting and repairing equipment
- Work closely with engineers, designers, and other team members to refine and improve prototypes based on feedback and test results
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure a safe working environment.

Indoor Cycling Instructor (Orange County, CA) - 07/18/2024
We are currently looking for an experienced Indoor Cycling Instructor to join our team in Orange County. As the Indoor Cycling Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing aspects of our indoor cycling program, including course delivery, instructor training, program development, and more.

We are currently looking for a passionate Backend Software Engineer to help build the systems and services that support Keiser equipment. As a Backend engineer, you will be responsible for making decisions that enable our products to communicate data to our frontend products. You will collaborate daily with the team to build a system to support product requirements. Our backend stack is currently written in Node.

Job Summary:
We are currently in search of a self-motivated and detail-oriented candidate to work in the Strength Assembly Department. This position produces finished equipment by assembling parts. They may also sub-assemble items using hardware and small tools. The ideal candidate will be eager to learn, willing to be trained, and have an excellent attendance record. This candidate will need to read and decipher schematics and assembly instructions. They will assemble valves, air seals, and minor electronic components, use hand tools or machines to assemble parts, and conduct quality control checks.

Essential Job Duties:
- Tightening nuts and bolts using various chemicals such as thread lockers, lubricants, and soldering
