We are currently seeking a qualified Territory Manager to join our team. As a Territory Manager with Keiser Corporation, you’ll have the opportunity to influence our industry in our ever-changing landscape. This position is remote and expected to be able to serve customers in the markets of: North Carolina/South Carolina.


Territory Managers will be challenged and empowered to:

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Network and look for opportunities for engagement to build a client base
  • Participate in company-led events
  • Communicates with customers and leads to identify and understand their product or service needs; identifies and suggests products and services that meet those needs.
  • Demonstrates the functions and utility of products or services to customers based on their needs.
  • Ensures customer satisfaction through ongoing communication and relationship management; resolves any issues that may arise post-sale.
  • Maintains communication with existing and previous customers, alerting them of new products, services, and enhancements that may interest them.
  • Maintains detailed reports of sales activities including calls, orders, sales, lost business, and any customer or vendor relationship problems.
  • Provides periodic territory sales forecasts.

  • A Bachelor’s Degree or meaningful sales experience
  • A current, valid driver's license, a clean driving record
  • Because Driving is required for the position, you must have a valid U.S. driver’s license in good standing for the last 3 years. Any DUI/DWI conviction in the previous 3 years will be an immediate disqualifier for the position.

Purchasing Manager - 12/23/2022

We are currently looking for an experienced Purchasing Manager to be responsible for overseeing all things purchasing within the organization. This individual is responsible for sourcing equipment, goods, and services and managing vendors. The successful candidate will be able to perform strategic procurement activities across multiple categories of spend, search for better deals and find more profitable suppliers.

The duties of this job require a high degree of specialized expertise and skill in maintaining established standards of quality and accuracy. Drive, determination, and a self-disciplined approach to achieving results that meet these established criteria are necessary for successful job performance. The job environment is structured and job expectations are clear. While the pace of the work is faster than average, quality is never compromised. The focus of communication and organizational relationships is based on technical expertise. Coaching and training support for achieving effective delegation will be required. The position encompasses a defined span of control and opportunity for someone who engenders trust, demonstrates a sense of urgency, and assures consistent achievement of quality standards. The work requires making decisions that support company guidelines authoritatively and quickly.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop Team Members within specified departments:
    • Understand the strengths and weaknesses of each Team Member
    • Communicates job expectations
    • Hire and train team as needed
    • Provide tools and resolve obstacles for Team Members daily
    • Foster a spirit of cooperation within and between departments

  • Develops Keiser Vendors:
    • Understands the strength and weaknesses of each Vendor

    • Conducts annual reviews of vendors
    • Resolve quality issues that may arise
  • In charge of the daily production of purchasing:
    • Makes sure quality meets or exceeds customer expectations
    • Ensures all parts or services are ordered and received on time
    • Keeps our ERP system up to date
    • Calculates EOQ, lead times, and storage capacity when creating order quantities and reorder points
    • Works with other departments for their needs
    • Works with Engineering on all new development and changes with special attention to cut-in points and obsolescence.
    • Continually looks for areas of improvement
    • Ensures the department’s processes follow all government laws and regulations and are continually improved
  • In charge of a structured continuous improvement program for the department:
    • Knows operations, gathers data, evaluates, and makes improvements
    • Analyzes and plans workflow, equipment placement, and space requirements to improve efficiency in the department
    • Works with the manufacturing engineer and other supervisors on improvement projects
    • Implements lean manufacturing
    • Solves production and quality problems daily
    • o Develops and maintains written procedures for the department
  • Determines future production requirements for the departments:
    • Works with Management to determine purchasing needs in the future
  • Performs all other duties as assigned

COMPETENCIES

  • Proven working experience as Purchasing Manager, Agent, or Officer
  • Familiarity with sourcing and vendor management

COMPENSATION

  • Exempt position; Minimum $64,480. Final compensation will be determined and based on experience
