We are currently looking for an experienced Welder to at our manufacturing facility. Responsibilities include interpreting designs, monitoring machinery, and assessing welded components. To excel in this role, you should have an in-depth knowledge of welding machinery. The ideal candidate will also have a steady hand and great attention to detail. Knowledge of different kinds of metal and their properties is essential. RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Read drawings and take or read measurements to plan layout and procedures
  • Determine the appropriate welding equipment or method based on requirements
  • Set up components for welding according to specifications (e.g. cut material with powered saws to match measurements)
  • Operate angle grinders to prepare the parts that must be welded
  • Align components using calipers, rulers etc. and clamp pieces
  • Weld components using fixtures
  • Repair machinery and other components by welding pieces and filling gaps
  • Test and inspect welded surfaces and structure to discover flaws
  • Maintain equipment in a condition that does not compromise safety

  • Responsible for the development and implementation of activities in assigned production area to meet production goals, quality, and cost objectives
  • Establish daily, weekly, and monthly objectives and communicate them to employees
  • Prioritize production schedules based on product introduction, equipment efficiency, materials supply, sales forecast, and production ramp planning

We are currently looking for a passionate Backend Software Engineer to help build the systems and services supporting Keiser equipment. As a Backend Engineer, you will be responsible for making decisions that enable our products to communicate data to our frontend products. You will collaborate daily with the team to build a system to support product requirements. Our backend stack is currently written in Node.

Role Description

Keiser is looking for a very creative individual in the area of Mechanical Design. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Fresno, CA. This individual is mainly responsible for creating next-level product designs that outperform our current equipment line and competitors. Outstanding creativity and excellent work ethics are required. A strong background in mechanical design and machinery understanding is the foundation of this role.

Qualifications

  • Strong experience in Mechanical Design Engineering and Product Design
  • Hands-on Prototyping and Design Modification skill is a must
  • Design Analysis and Testing skill is required
  • Good understanding of manufacturing processes is required
  • Good knowledge of computer-aided design (CAD) is preferred
  • Ability to create, modify, and analyze complex models and assemblies using CAD software is preferred but not a must
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical-thinking skills
  • Strong attention to details
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Degree in any form of Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering will help but not a must
  • Understanding of product safety and compliance requirements is a plus

We are currently looking for an experienced Tooling Engineer. The Tooling Engineer’s responsibilities include creating and adjusting tools or parts for equipment and other components, using computer-aided (CAD) manufacturing. This might include designing and building tools from scratch, or improving/adjusting/rebuilding existing tools. Tooling Engineers may work with mechanical or computer-operated equipment. They must be technically inclined and be able to properly utilize tools and machinery.

  • Design and develop composite molds and assembly fixtures to support prototyping
  • Design and manage the fabrication of components and fixtures
