Love my bike!

VERIFIED PURCHASE
I'm loving my Keiser bike. So glad I bought it. It arrived within a week of ordering and everything went smoothly with purchase and delivery. It's super quiet - perfect for a condo. I appreciate not having a giant screen attached - so far I've just used my apple fitness app and watch to do cycling workouts. I'm 4'10" and am able to adjust the bike to fit me perfectly.

Great Purchase

I am very happy with my M3. It is smooth as silk and very sturdy. I bought it mainly because I cancelled my gym membership post-covid, tore both meniscuses (sp?) playing tennis, and needed to rehab my knees. I have to keep it at relatively low resistance as my knees recover so I haven't yet tried at higher resistances (+90 watts) or standing up. My 18-year old son assembled it for me with no problems (I bought the tool kit). One minor point, while adjusting and fine tuning the fit, I discovered that some fasteners are metric and others American. Not a huge deal, but the tool kit doesn't include allen wrenches to fit every nut/bolt on the bike. Not an issue for assembly though. Discovered this while trying to adjust the tilt of the seat and trying to remove a bolt unnecessarily - realized that I didn't need to...

Discovered this while trying to adjust the tilt of the seat and trying to remove a bolt unnecessarily - realized that I didn't need to remove the bolt (the one near the top of the seat post, I was trying to get it off so I could take the seat to the hardware store to get the correct sized wrench; my son pointed out that I could remove the plastic handle that adjusts the forward/backward position of the seat and remove the seat that way). Again, I'm very happy with the bike and use it every day.

Overall good

Really been enjoying the ride, but noticed that my shift lever was slightly skew out of the box. Although it is working fine.

I've owned the Keiser M3i bike now since Christmas. We initially had some difficulty ordering and with the charges that went through -- quickly solved by Keiser's stellar customer service people! My husband and I put the bike together ourselves -- one of the longest parts was removing the bike and parts from its elaborate shipping packaging. We are pretty good at putting things together but (because we were being very careful) it took us several hours. Initially the bike had a squeak, which (again thanks stellar customer people!) it turned out was from the inner edge of my (wide) shoe weighing on the inside of the pedal cage. Slightly less wide shoes removed the problem. It is a wonderful bike -- quiet (esp now no squeak), easy to pedal, smooth, responsive. I've been really enjoying it as the winter cold (and covid) has driven us indoors. Great company, great...
