Great…and a clicking noise

I absolutely love this bike! It is far better than I imagined it would be. There is a clicking noise that happens when I hit 90 rpms, though. I redid the pedals to make it wasn’t that. I also notice that if I move my foot to the right on the right pedal, the clacking will diminish a little bit. If there is any advice on how to illuminate that noise, that would be great. Even so, it is awesome.

I have also tried to submit the warranty information on the web, and I don’t think it’s submitting. Would love to know if I need to fill out a hardcopy.

If you've got a clicking noise the best way to start is a troubleshooting session with our service department! We'll just need a short video of the sound and your serial number to see what we're dealing with.

Worth It!

I have used a similar M3 at my gym over the past several years, so I was very familiar with the quality of the product and knew I wouldn’t be disappointed. But I must say that I was still blown away by the quality of the packaging and the effort that went into making sure that my new M3i arrived in perfect condition. The video provided very good step by step instructions to assembly. If you buy the tool kit everything you need is provided in a nice bag. I would plan on a hour to unbox and assemble. Everything fit together perfectly and I was enjoying my M3i in no time. I put in front of a spare tv in one of my bedrooms and find that watching a moving or a football game while riding is a great way to exercise!...

Simply the Best

I have been using the Keiser spin bikes at my gym for years. I have always loved the quietness and stability of the bike. I also love that it is made in the USA! I liked it so much I decided to add it to my home gym.
I really would recommend this spin bike over any other!

Tech support

I called to get some technical support regarding connect ability and the gentleman on the phone was obviously not trained in how to talk to people. I’m fairly Savvy with this stuff and he must have been under some stress or a huge volume of calls. My call lasted maybe 90 seconds. I didn’t get a suitable answer because I knew I wasn’t going to get a clear answer from this individual. Very rude. He wanted to end the call as quick as possible. But in his defence he’s technical support. Made me not want to buy a new Keiser out of spite. But then again, probably just this one guy. Great bike. Tech support brutal.

Everything and more!

This is a fantastic bike and although I definitely needed a second pair of hands to help me put it together - the delivery was smooth, the on line video directions so helpful, and the tool kit that was supplied wonderful. Looking forward to many happy rides!

Delighted with it

First, shipping was excellent. UPS delivered it right to my door. The bike is heavy so if you're by yourself have a flatbed dolly ready to move it indoors. It was packaged very well. Putting it together was a bit more difficult than expected but I succeeded. Only one problem: the display wasn't working. So I called customer support (use the 800 number) and quickly got through to a tech who solved the problem in less than two minutes. I've been using the bike daily and love it. The seat took a few days for my bottom to get used to but now I find it very comfortable. It's highly adjustable so I have all the settings just right. It is quiet and smooth and has the feel of a commercial bike (very solid). On top of all this, it is beautiful. I'm glad I bought it.
