Excellent Spin Bike

I bought my Keiser M3i several years ago. I use it almost every day and go for approximately 20-30 miles each ride. I now have more than 20,000 miles on it and it still works as well as the first time I used it. The bike requires very little maintenance, is still extremely quiet, and has a timeless cool look. I will continue to highly recommend this bike to serious bike riders looking to maintain cycling fitness during the winter months, for other folks looking to boost cardio fitness, and to anybody who wants to get into virtual cycling.

In summary, the Keiser Spin Bike is an extremely durable, fun, quiet bike for folks who are young or old, small or big, well trained cyclists or are just beginning their fitness journey.

Very happy

I trained almost entirely on a Keiser bike for my first road bike ride; starting as an overweight novice to completing the Houston-Austin MS 150. Its the exact same bike used in busy clubs like YMCA. Solid, durable, comfortable. I expect this bike to last years of regular use. It's on the expensive side but for those who really love bike exercise, it's worth it.

Love the gear reading!

VERIFIED PURCHASE
I purchased my Keiser bike several years ago (prior to the scree and app classes), and have used it without any issues, no needed maintenance. This is, by far, the best piece of fitness equipment I have ever purchased. I took spin classes for years, and always found it frustrating to have to gauge the tension by what i was feeling; some days it's easier working out, some days it's a bit tougher, so was I going too easy on myself? And each bike was different. The Keiser is the only bike that shows gears so I can accurate assess how hard I'm really working, consistently. The bike is silent; I can ride away while my husband sleeps. I also love the app! The 30 minute workouts are just what I was looking for. Previously I had used CDs that were more for training...

Previously I had used CDs that were more for training and 50 minutes...the only thing on the market. I was spending way too much time in recovery when all I wanted was a quick cardio session and ramp up my energy for the day. The instructors are clear and easy to follow; they count down when I need to sit or stand and eliminate confusion and frustration. I jumped on the app with the great introductory pricing and hope it stays this affordable. Great products! Please always keep this quality. It's worth every penny.

Great Bike

My wife and I have never done spin classes or anything like that. We ordered this bike just to get some more exercise without all the added complexity of other bikes on the market. We wanted something high quality that wouldn't fall apart or lose resistance like our previous exercise bike did. The M3i is made very well and was simple to assemble with the instruction manual. There's a video as well, but I didn't use it. Made in the USA, which we like also!

The adjustability of this bike is amazing, as I am tall with an extra long torso. Many bikes have handlebars that are either way too low or that hit my knees if I adjust them to where I can reach them easily. This bike adjusts to a comfortable position, and my wife and I can...

The adjustability of this bike is amazing, as I am tall with an extra long torso. Many bikes have handlebars that are either way too low or that hit my knees if I adjust them to where I can reach them easily. This bike adjusts to a comfortable position, and my wife and I can easily swap back and forth between each other's settings, as they're all marked well with letters or numbers. Resistance is easy and smooth to adjust, and can be varied from essentially no resistance to resistance equivalent to the steepest hill a road bike can climb.

Overall I'm very happy with the superior engineering and simplicity of this bike.

Excellent machine

Awesome machine I use this 30 min a day in combo with a treadmill and walking outside and it really packs a punch. Only thing I didn't like was the unit was slightly damaged either in shipping or by the installers.

smooth!

Love the bike - quiet, smooth, and super responsive. The gearshift style resistance adjustment is superior IMO to the knob style seen on other spin bikes. Even though there are 'only' 24 gears indicated, the resistance adjustment is still continuous, such that you can be at a 'low 17' vs a 'high 17' ... which may be a plus or a minus depending on your perspective. The display is simple and basic and low tech ... which again is a +/- depending on what you value. My one recommendation to Keiser is that they put some work in on improving their M series app ... compared to other smartphone apps, it seems pretty primitive in terms of interface, design, functionality, and feedback. It's a bit glitchy, and sometimes it's unclear if everything is working the way it should (or if it's working at all.) So to summarize - fantastic hardware...

Solid indoor bike

After using a “starter” felt resistance bike for almost two years finally upgraded to M3i. Online purchase was easy, follow-up calls and e-mails were answered timely and professionally, and white glove delivery and assembly was fantastic. The ride itself is smooth and comfortable. Solid bike!!
