Top Quality Indoor Exercise Bike

Really like this bicycle. Fits both my wife and me where there is at least one foot in height difference. The bike is comfortable, super quiet and easily adjustable. Love the seamless tension adjustment lever. Lots of online bike exercise programs available from Keiser and elsewhere.

This is an excellent bike

I brought a Nordictrac S22i in 2019, it had 2 major malfunctions in 2021 and I replaced it with your bike in 2022. The resistance shorted out due to moisture (repaired at a cost of over $300). Simultaneously, the console malfunctioned, replacement quote from Nordictrac was $501.00, that’s when I decided to buy your bike.
The issues I encountered with the S22i were addressed in this bike. I exercise very intensely and the S22i was not designed to handle this type of workload long term, notwithstanding the fact that I am now 70 plus years old.
I am more than satisfied with my purchase. The M3i is everything I want in a bike. I am just sorry I was temporarily blinded by the light of the S22i.

You all make an excellent product and I am truly ecstatic that I brought the M3i.

Great

Bike is solid, and in many ways better than those found in a gym. Very quiet, with smooth shifting.

Base is heavy enough not to bounce when moving from seated to standing, and the display is great.

If you are considering other brands because they have classes, Keiser also offers "The Ride" app, which is a spinning class presented in various difficulties, duration, and languages... I use it often with my phone and TV.

Not worth the money

After reading that Keizer’s bike was superior to other brands, in the aspect of equipment quality, it appeared to be the right option for my zone 2 training. Unfortunately, after a month of use the bike squeaks loud enough to wake everyone up in the house. The display light has never worked unless in complete darkness. My wife’s $500 bike she picked up years ago is still quiet with a well lit display and no mechanical problems.

Solid machine

I read a lot of these reviews and was pleased to see the company's sales rep respond and include his phone number, so I had confidence in the company. The bike itself is such a solid piece of equipment, and is not that hard to move. The design is superb. I like that it accommodates heights - I'm 6'3" and easily found a comfortable setting. The fly wheel and resistance "feel" quite smooth and the resistance does increase steadily and in the appropriate gradations. At the top level, it is quite hard to move it and it feels like going uphill on a very smooth hill. Now I just have to use it regularly and get myself into shape. Thanks.

One month in review

Ordered this bike on Jan 19 2022 and it was delivered within days. Assembly was so easy with the video directions. I use the bike daily, my husband uses it once or twice a week. About three weeks into using the bike, we noticed a squeaky sound which seems to come from the right pedal. It comes and goes, it’s distracting and makes the ride less smooth/enjoyable. It’s a bummer this is happening after only one month of use. Will need to send an email to help with resolving this. Hope it’s a simple fix 🤞 I do enjoy everything else about this bike.

AWESOME bike and AMAZING support

I researched and read every single review I could find about smart connected exercise bikes and initially bought a Bowflex Velocore. While it was a very well made bike, I hated the software, being tied to their subscription and the bike was defective with a bad flywheel when received. When I finally got through to their support, following being on hold several times for more than hour, they did provide good service and offered to send a technician in less than a week to repair the bike. Instead, I decided to return it and bought the Keiser M3i. WOW, I regret not buying this in the beginning. It is on a TOTALLY different level and is incredibly well built. I was equally impressed with how well it was packaged. Very easy assembly with great instructions. I'm connected to various apps including Peloton...

Final note, often people do not factor in support when making this kind of purchase. I contacted support three days after receiving the bike with a simple question and I was shocked that a live person answered the phone immediately and transferred me to a technician who also answered within less than a minute and helped me with my question. He even Facetimed me with his cell phone to look at this issue I was questioning. ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC SUPPORT!!! I can't speak highly enough about this company and this bike.
