We couldn't be more pleased with the new M3i bike that we recently purchased. We have been using the Keiser M3 bikes in our gym for the last 4 years and know that they perform well and can easily take extended use. With Covid 19, we have quit the gym and need to keep up with our workouts. I searched online for "Best Indoor bikes" and "Best Spin bikes" and quickly realized the the M3i sits at the top of almost every bike review site I found - so the decision was an easy one. It shipped quickly, assembles easily (with their great video) and performs flawlessly. We highly recommend it for all levels of indoor bike use.

I am really enjoying the bike. This is the same model we use at our local gym. I particularly like the lever gear adjuster as opposed to other models that use the knob adjuster. Very smooth, quiet ride as well!

Prior to ordering my m3i cycle I had one of the worst shipping experiences with FedEx smartpost. So with the current pandemic I knew I had to be patient with my order. I placed my order on 5/8 and it shipped out 5/12 then arrived on 5/14. I believe the instructions say that assembly is around 45 minutes. I took over 3 hours because I was being extremely careful unboxing (also taking photos) and following the instructions to a t. I am new to cycling so I initially purchased the wrong cleats for my shoes. The support team was quick to answer my question and let me know the correct cleats to purchase. I have been on it a handful of times and enjoy the apps' guided rides.

From local gym to an M3i at home
Since gym is closed, I could not get a good workout. Running just made me feel beat up the next day. Fitness bike has a great feel. Easy on joints while getting a good lung and leg workout. Along with a good sweat. Lots of room to grow with this machine as I am only using gears 12 thru 19.

I love the M3i. I rode a Peloton before and after purchasing the M3i and those experiences convinced me I had made the right decision. While both appear to be great bikes, the Keiser is a simpler, more elegant, more stable, aesthetically more pleasing design. A couple things stood out quickly. The major adjustments(seat post and stem) on the M3i are outstanding; clear, secure detents with very nice locking knobs. The Peloton's adjustments are slider mechanisms that are awkward to change. The resistance adjustment lever on the M3i was easier for me to use and more precise than the Peloton's knob, which required me to lean down and turn. Both bikes are quiet and functioned flawlessly. However, there are some things on the M3i I do not like and think could be improved. The handlebar connection and adjustment mechanism frankly just sucks. It is a little wobbly and does not tighten effectively enough. The stability of the bike, while great overall, could be improved if the handlebar attachment was re-engineered. The metal in the acorn nuts is too soft and the edges are too easily rounded. There is too little space between the nuts and the seat tube to allow good fit of many wrenches, which makes torquing them challenging. It would be nice to require just sockets rather than difficult-to-find crowfoot wrenches. I replaced your pedals with Look pedals which I ride on my road bike. I understand it may not be feasible to give customers several pedal options, but it would be nice to have the option of no pedals with a price discount. The computer on the M3i functions fine but is basic. I would prefer to have the ability for rider input and adjustment. I am waiting for the Bluetooth converter to arrive before I will know how well it can connect to my third-party apps. Lastly, while I know Keiser has had a commercial focus, just the wave of Peloton, Echelon, et al sales across the country is evidence of a huge national market for the home user. I think it would be advantageous to follow suit and build a community of home riders with online classes and a large catalog of on-demand rides. Overall, the M3i is a great product and I am enjoying every minute on it!

I’ve been riding Keiser bikes in my gym’s spin classes for a few years now. Purchased an M3i for home use during COVID quarantine. Couldn’t be happier, as it is the high quality bike that I already love and am used to riding. Assembly was straight forward with instructions that were clear and well written. The bike components were packaged securely for shipment. All parts, big and small, were organized and packaged neatly. No random loose screws or parts rolling around with this shipment. I highly recommend the M3i, as it is a solid, smooth ride.
