Or a magical Pegasus... I started indoor cycle classes in 2006, and at the time exactly what I needed to quit smoking, and pay honor to my post pregnancy body. Between some amazing instructors & the Keiser, all of my fitness and overall wellness goals were met! As a military family, we moved again and again, and none of the local gyms had any spin bikes that could compare... I've been spining at the gym for 20 years. Since I tried the Keizer I have never wanted to change my bike. Moreover, all the gyms in Montreal have adopted it. It's been a month since I bought the M3i and I highly recommend it. It is a very good buy for spining at home.
