Quiet, efficient, works in tight spaces, and like the simplicity of the metrics. In this pandemic world, I ordered the same bike from my closed NYC gym. It arrived in exactly one week. Around 100 pounds, it is well packed in the box and arrived undamaged from a cross country ship. Pieces are bolted to wood base so everything won't move around. Ordered the tool kit (which they should probably just include and add to the price) and it was easy even for one person, although a bit complicated. Lots of easy videos and instructions to work with. Was riding it in less that 90 minutes from when it arrived. A week in, for some reason my resistance magnets got out of alignment (loud scraping sound against flyweel) and easily called the company and quickly got a technician in service to help...

I purchased the Keiser M3i Indoor Bike along with the M series converter and I’ve been using it every day for the last 6 weeks. Delivery was seamless – it was delivered earlier than I thought it would be and setup was easy - I did it myself. It’s very quiet. My family was impressed with how sturdy it is. Nothing is loose or rattles. There are a lot of settings that make it easy to adjust to your size. The computer lets me know everything I need to know. I also want to mention that the bike is made in the USA.

Also, the fact that Nordic Track offered an extended warranty led me to think that there will be issues in the future whether they are with the video screen or other parts. While Keiser bikes come with a warranty they don’t offer an extended warranty because the bikes do not need it. They are built to last and when you receive it you’ll see what I mean. Keiser bikes are used in commercial gym spin classes.
For versatility, I looked at what each bike had to offer. What’s nice about Keiser is the fact that it’s compatible with multiple apps that you can download onto your IPAD. With other bikes, you’re limited to using their software. Depending on how I feel I can workout in a virtual spin class, I can ride on a virtual scenic trail or road or I can simply put on my headphones and exercise. I do have to mention that Keiser has it’s own app however I haven’t used it so I cannot comment on it. Overall I'm extremely happy with this bike.

I've had health clubs/gyms ask me to stop riding their bikes because I've broken the pedals off/messed up the chain/belt systems. :) I don't worry about that with this bike, especially with the magnetic resistance. I've previously used a road bike/trainer combo for in-home cycling. I had one of the quietest trainers available and it still sounded like a train was coming through the room compared to the negligible amount of noise produced by the M3i. If you live in an apartment, your neighbors won't even know you're using it. I can't even hear it with the fan I have blowing on me. It took me about an hour to put together; the directions were good and lacked ambiguity. One thing I can agree with from other reviews I've read is that the seat is stiff. ...
