LOVE IT!!!

Love the Keiser but customer support needs improvement. It took a few days to receive response to my inquiry and I still have not received the mat that should have come with the bike. Also, having some issues getting the ap to work. We have had to use Peloton ap instead.

Thank you for your comments, I do apologize for the delay. Our goal is to contact every customer within 24 hours of receipt of an inquiry however COVID-19 has made that more difficult.

The floor mats are not always available with our cycles, they are a promotional item that is added and removed in a "while supplies last" sort of way; they were not a part of our promotional bundle from late April to early June.

Great indoor bike

It is is well made but could use one more refinement. The seat post end extends deep into the bike and rattles as the end apparently’taps’ on metal whenever you touch the seat. The end of the post that inserts into the bike frame needs some very durable cushion material to stop the rattle.

Did we get this situated for you? I recall speaking to you about it, was the seat post tightened down all the way? The rattle you're describing is typical of when the seat post can be tightened down further, you unscrew the plunger to loosen it's grip on the handlebar stem and then pull it to withdraw the pin from seat post "holes."

We LOVE our bike! We did a lot of research on spin bikes and made the best decision. We had a couple of questions in the beginning and Paul in service was extremely helpful. And, the bonus...MADE IN AMERICA! Keiser was also recommended to us by an active spinner at our gym in Weymouth MA. Lorri has recently become a spin instructor and would definitely recommend this bike to any spinner that asked for suggestions.
