Love This Bike

Before the pandemic, I was riding this bike at my gym and fell in love with it. So smooth. So comfortable. The display and gear shifter keeps me honest. I bought this bike for my home gym after cancelling my membership. It is an investment but worth every penny. Easy to put together with the Keiser toolkit. With the nice weather, I've only done a few HIIT rides as I rather workout outside -- but come winter this bike will save my sanity.

I already knew I loved this bike since it's what we use in spin class at my gym. I was a little nervous about assembling it myself (thanks, COVID) as I'm not very good at these things, but it was surprisingly simple. When I did run into one hiccup with assembly, Kyle was a tremendous help, even FaceTiming with me to see what the issue was and immediately sent out a replacement part.

The bike itself is gym grade--no flimsy "home equipment" here! I love the sleek, space-saving design and that the fly wheel is in the rear, unlike so many other spin bikes. The M3 will last me a lifetime. Thank you for a superior product with superior customer service.

For years I've used the Keiser M3 at my gym. I've tried other indoor cycles at other gyms and found there was no comparison. My gym has been closed for months and remains closed. I purchased my M3 last month (July). Outstanding purchase. Came fully assembled and is truly a great indoor cycle. With their upgrades/modifications, this bike is wonderful. Quite, comfortable, easy to use and is just what I needed in our current times.

Stress Reliever!

I was excited to receive my bike. My anxiety dropped and I look forward to riding each morning. My own cycle shoes clipped on nicely. It was quite heavy putting it together but the video directions online REALLY helped.
A couple things I want to point out
Packaging:
It took a journey to get to me. (CA - FL) The staples to close the box did not do the job. There were 2 black straps that kept the box closed. The outer box, the staples didn't keep it closed. The inner box that actually had the bike, the staples didn't stay closed either. I was home when the bike arrived and I saw the FEDEX guy unload it. The bike (in the box) made 2 rotations by the time it got to my door. FEDEX didn't follow the rules on the outside (the...

Thank goodness for all the plastic wrap or I would have lost anything that was loose.
The little screen has some kind of blurr on it. I thought maybe it would go away with time,...I have no idea what it is. But it is still there. I attached a photo the first day of unpackaging it. Will this affect the screen accuracy?

I purchased this bike because I was already familiar with it from my gym. It took only 35 minutes to assemble it. If I could change two things on it it would be the handle bars and have the adjustment that you can move the handle bars backward or forward. The bikes at my gym has different handle bars and they have the feature to move them backward or forward. I would have preferred that instead but other than that the bike is outstanding!! I am glad I purchased it. The only reason why I can't give this 5 stars is because of the handlebars, the inability to adjust them to my personal preference and the style of them.
